Today was probably our last visit to Wendy's. We had to redeem rewards points because they first told us 60 days to redeem and then the following week it was 7 days. The patty is paper thin and if it wasn't for the added veggies, it would be mostly bun. The only thing I will give them a star for is the fries because I ordered them without salt and they were hot and fresh. Lately, we have been coming here for something quick and easy to take out. I normally go for their biggie bag (double stacker with bacon) it includes 4 nuggets, french fries and soda. It's actually a perfect value and variety for a quick eat and run without over doing it. The best part is that they still offer free drink refills. read more

Typical Wendy's, looked clean, fully renovated, and modernized, giving it a good look. The only problem I had at this location, and nowhere else is, that no waiting area is provided. Instead, you'll have to back a bit leading to where the tables are. I can't imagine how it will look when it's extremely busy. My suggestion is to widen the area with more space, which will create comfort for customers. Customer service was great with no issues, and the bathroom looked in great shape. read more

A one star review is generous. The management needs to get their act together. Women's bathroom was flooded. Men's bathroom needed cleaning - won't go into detail but stall toilet unsanitary. Food took way too long. Staff unkempt. Left the restaurant to find order was incomplete. Hopefully this is enough. read more

Don't usually write reviews however I am a 66 year old woman and I had a frightening encounter with a manager at this Wendys. I was explaining to him that my order was incorrect and he started screamed at the top of his lungs GET THE F**K out of here or I will call the police and stormed off from me! Went to Wendy's today for lunch. Ordered my food the team member at the register was nice however. The experience after was not. Our food was coming up when I heard the manger (John) cursing at his employees. I should of just minded my businesses but of course I advised him to treat his employees nice. This spot has the worst service! Rude manager is a white trash girl! Me and my daughter came to this location and the employee at the window did not know what she was doing at all. The African boy who was taking my order was splendid I have to say he was very cheerful and funny. Let me start by saying that I do not usually write reviews but at this point, it needs to be said. The closing staff at this location is an awful excuse for "staff". First off, the obviously run credit reports before closing because for some crazy reason, they only accept cash late at night and claim the "machines are down" every single time. Secondly, LAZY AS HECK!!! My husband ordered the newish pub fries. I got a VERY few fries, COVERED in cheese sauce and 2 FULL STRIPS of bacon. Didn't bother crumbling it up, didn't bother to do much at all. They were pretty much icicles as well. It's so sad. I worked at this location a while ago and closing staff was NEVER like this. Today I visited Wendy's store number 5165 on my way home from work at 950pm to pick up some dinner for my family. I ordered 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers add ketchup and pickle, 2 crispy chicken sandwiches add tomato, 1 Dave's classic double meal with no cheese and only onion, large with a rootbeer, and 1 ten piece chicken nugget.  While ordering, the gentleman who was helping me kept half listening to what I was asking for and at one point even tried to decide my drink for me. He tried to give me a total and I had to tell him, "You didn't ask what drink I'd like." His answer was, "Oh yeah, I know." After telling him I would like a rootbeer he gave me my total and asked me to pull to the second window. Upon paying at the second window I was directed to pull up past a car that was already pulled up. I must have waited pulled up in a parking spot for at least 15 mins. During this time I saw 2 other cars being pulled up. So there were 4 orders all together pulled up all at the same time. I was confused as this is supposed to be fast food, not wait in a parking lot for 15 minutes food. After what felt like forever a gentleman came out to give me my food. Before he could walk away I checked my food and realized it was incorrectly prepared. The junior bacon cheeseburgers only had mayo, ketchup, and pickle on them instead of the regular formula and adding ketchup and pickle. I told the gentleman this and he tried to tell me his idea of why I received my food made wrong. I was aggravated and did not really care why, I just wanted what I paid for. Before I could finish checking the rest of my order he ran back inside the building. When I checked the double hamburger (which I had specified no cheese) I realized it was coated in cheese. I went to go up to the window to let them know this was also incorrectly prepared. While on my way the gentleman from before came out the door and handed me a side of tomato and lettuce for my cheeseburgers. I was not happy with that as I did not pay to prepare my own food. If I wanted to prepare my own food I would have cooked at home instead of visiting your restaurant.  I continued to the window and knocked. I was greeted by the manager Fred. I explained that my food was wrong and he began to argue with me about fixing it. He tried to tell me adding things to my burgers meant I did not want the things that already come on them. I literally had to explain to him when you say "add" it means "in addition to." I also told him my double hamburger was incorrectly prepared. His response was that if I wanted it fixed I would have to wait for him to finish helping all of his other customers first and that, "It will be a while." I told him this was unacceptable. He slammed the window, turned his back, and began screaming at the top of his lungs. I could hear him through the window screaming at the guy he was working with, "TELL HIM IF HE DOESN'T LIKE IT TO GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!" When the guy working with him opened the window I informed him I could hear the screaming and that it was inappropriate. He responded by telling me, "Pay attention to me, not him, you're talking to me now." Next thing I know I hear Fred scream with the window wide open, "THIS GUY IS FUCKING STUPID! FINE I'LL FUCKING FIX IT!" I asked how a business can talk to their customers in this fashion and the guy at the window said, "Huh, no one is saying anything, no one here heard anything." Finally Fred came back to the window and gave me my food. I told him I was going to write in about this and possibly call Robert. I also told him I use to work here years ago and I can not believe Robert and Kevin accept this type of behavior. I began to walk away and Fred stuck his head out the window and began screaming. "I DON'T GIVE A FUCK, I'VE BEEN HERE WITH JUST ONE GUY SINCE 8! MAKE SURE YOU CALL MICHAEL TOO! I HAVE FIVE KIDS, THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING!" There was a whole line of cars watching him do this. Rather than respond I just walked away. I wanted to get home. By the time this was all over it had been more than a half hour. It was 1030 at night.  After the way Fred acted I didn't eat the food I paid for. With covid going around I was worried he may have spit in my food. To be clear, I'm not accusing him of this, it was just a worry of mine. I ended up wasting my money, being treated as if I was dirt, and still cooking after I got home. I will not be going back as long as Fred is still working there. I can not believe I spent my money at this Wendy's and was treated in such a fashion. I can not even begin to fathom the thought process. I do not want a refund or anything like that. I just want to inform you of how your employees are representing your restaurant and treating your customers. I will be sending this to the Wendy's website and their official Facebook page. For the umteenth time I have been there I have to finally write a review. Wendy's has always been one of my favorite fast food eateries for as Long as I can remember. I got the Taco salad when it was first introduced in NJ about 35-ish years ago. Then they came out with other sub par salads and discontinued the work of art taco salad for a few years. Then it came back!!!! Whaaaaaat? The other night I went to Walmart and decided to get the salad and one of the smaller portions of crispy tenders. Almost every time I have gone through the drive through they messed something up. I should have known to check the order when they asked me to pull up to wait for the chicken.... "About 3 minutes." 10 minutes later cars are driving around me, ok i should have checked. When the taco salad first came out there was one size WITH a biggie chili. Now there is a half and full size which is the old regular version of the salad. Ok I should have looked. The chicken came out and there was supposed to be the siracha dipping sauce. I just left. Got home, went for the chicken..... "no sauce?" Grrr.The tenders were good. I pull out the salad,,,, "Ok the salad, half the size of the biggie chili, chips....... wait! Where is the salsa and sour cream?" Yeah, no sour cream or salsa. The moral to this story? Check your bag when going through the drive through at this Wendy's. They mess it up every time. Oh yeah they also did not put utensils in. Ok I was bringing it home so it mattered not but if that was my lunch or dinner? Not good. read more

Your Wendy's as you know it. But now, it's under renovations and will look amazing when they're completed. My favorite is the Baconator with those fries, it always fills me up. I prefer the French fries with a bit of potato skin on them, apparently they are more healthy which is hard for some to believe. A bit greasy but it's sorta cliche. I removed one star because the last time I ordered there, they must of had new employees and they mixed up my order with someone else's and then you have to either go inside or stay in your car for them to come out with the right order. But that is rare unless the business had a influx of people waiting in line and on the drive through. Other then it's location it's out in the open. The interior is very nice and clean. I know I'm not the only one that dips French fries in a Frosty! So if your in a hurry, go to Wendy's and forget about the McD line a couple of miles ahead. It's right off the highway so its first. We were driving through from Florida and chose to eat lunch here. I have to comment that this Wendy's really put the fast in fast food. Our complicated order was taken and filled correctly. Before we could get our drinks our food was ready. We are impressed.
