This store in Montague and and the one in Matamoras are kept fully stocked with some of the most arrogant kids and the company (Nexxt Enterprises based in Warwick,NY) don't want to respond to the proper channels but get really nasty when you have to reach out, several times, and they still ignore you and act like they're doing me a favor. Idon't even know where to start because this was one of the most infuriating fast food experiences I've ever had. First off, we waited 25 minutes--yes, TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES--for three hash browns. That's not even a full meal. Just three little hash browns. What on earth were they doing back there?! This is supposed to be fast food, not some gourmet restaurant. To make things worse, the place looks like no one's bothered to clean or maintain the outside in months. The building looked run-down, trash around the lot, and it already gave me a bad feeling pulling in. After ordering, instead of handing us our food at the window like a normal drive-thru, they told us to go park and wait in a spot. We sat there staring at the building for 25 minutes, getting more and more pissed off by the second. And again, this was for hash browns. When we finally got our food (with zero apology or explanation for the delay), it was cold and soggy--nothing fresh about it. Like, if you're going to make us wait that long, at least give us something hot and decent. Nope. Oh, and the paper straws? Useless. It basically started falling apart in under 10 minutes. By the time we got our drinks, the straw was already soft and mushy. Who thought that was a good idea? Honestly, this location is a joke. Completely disorganized, clearly understaffed or just not trying, and the food isn't even worth the wait. There's a Dunkin' Donuts across the street that's 100x better. They're fast, the food is actually hot and fresh, and the employees at least act like they give a damn. Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment--go literally anywhere else. read more

I am so upset and disgusted with my visit. Everything seemed to be okay at first. We picked up some breakfast. I'm not a fan of their breakfast but we were low on time and it was on the way. Everything tasted the way it usually does. Nothing was amazing but got the job done. The staff was okay. Can't say they were particularly pleasant. But that's not where it went wrong. I ordered an iced coffee and after leaving the drive thru, I began to drink it. It tasted off. Sometimes their iced coffees are made really well but sometimes they're just not. Suddenly I saw something black floating in my iced coffee. At first I thought they were coffee beans. I pulled it out and it most definitely was not a coffee bean. It was a fly. I looked again and saw other black bits that didn't appear to be beans either. Then I saw one on the inside of the lid and was able to confirm it was a fly. The wings were definitely visible. I then looked at the bottom of my cup and this time saw coffee bean bits and curdling milk. I was so upset. That was definitely not what I expected... obviously. I can't even begin to think how those flies got in there. From the ice maybe? Who knows!! And why was the milk curdling? I rather not think about it. read more

Avoid this place at all cost. If you are looking for place that is possibly doing everything wrong, this is the one. As were drying from Boston to Indiana, we are looking for a fast food place to eat something quickly and be on our way. As we get in, one lady come to the service position but not to take us but to serve her. As I approached her, she ignored me and proceeded to order for herself. She waited for a few mins for someone to come and help her get her order. Then finally someone came and finally asked what we like. I don't know how she did it but she get the entire order wrong except for fries. We ordered McNuggets and double cheeseburgers. She gave us plain cheeseburger and McChicken. We were stunned so much, we didn't say a single thing and proceeded to try to eat our food. The fries are cold and burgers are so bad, we had to leave partially eaten; left quietly. Opting to starve is better than choosing this place as you could not eat the food; starving anyway and spending your hard earned money as well. read more

Came into a mostly clean area, very clean but there was a sulfur smell. Don't know why there's bad reviews because my service was sublime. Maybe night staff aren't as good as the day staff because these people were very nice and patient. When we got our food, it was not only fresh (which isn't normal nowadays at McDonald's) but it was really great! I had two Big Macs and those babies were the most filling ones I've ever had shout-out to the people who made it. Hope the best for the staff that was there, they're doing so well. read more

I have had a few negative experiences here, in the drive through and dine in. They neglected to put any cream in two coffees ordered at drive through, had to go back. One night I was eating a Filet O Fish and a bone got stuck in my throat, when I went to wash it down with the Iced Coffee I had, I got a mouth full of coffee grinds up my straw. Was there around 4 pm today 6-16-2021, PAID FOR 4 sandwiches, got 3. Out of the 3 all 3 are wrong. The 3 were supposed to be a double cheese burger onions and cheese only, what we got is a hamburger with pickles. I wish I could give this place one star. I am not a normal fast food eater by any means, but on our long ride home from a road trip this was our only option at 10pm on a Sunday. Not only would I give this place no stars, I would never go back and waste another penny here. The woman behind the counter taking our order was completely unaware of what she was doing. I had to repeat my order not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. And even then she wrongly input the order and ended up charging us more than what we were supposed to be charged. This place is always consistent, consistently bad. Without you specify you want your food hot & fresh you get items that were cooked hours ago. At the drive up window you may or may not get what you ask for, seldom do you get napkins or a straw. When paying for your order the cashier never thanks you. I received a wrong item & the manager told me it was my fault for not reading the display at the drive up. When I told her sun glare prevented me from seeing it, she replied 'poor excuse'. When I first came in I was very impressed with the modern look of the establishment. All the associates were very aggressively working, and cleaning the tables and floors and Windows etc. They all seemed to be taking pride in making the place look Good. But that's as far as the Good news good goes, The scrambled eggs came out with black debris from the Grill on them, the Bacon was tough as shoer leather. My children love this McDonalds! We go there on Tuesdays after school. It's kids night and they have $1.99 happy meals! It's also one of the few McD's that has a playroom. They have wi-fi and tv's with local news. read more

I called to see if they had any chocolate chip frapee before I made the drive out there and the lady answer and said " hello that's for called the morgue" so I called back and a man answered and said the same thing. This went on every time I called back. Then a few days before I ordered two kids meals and there was absolutely nothing in the boxes. Horribly slow service for a McDonald's. The drive thru is always backed up and 1/3 times you are waiting already 15 minutes on line. Today there was absolutely no lobby worker and the lines at the register was a long wait. They had one person getting the for together while the rest just stood around. I've barley ever had a good experience with this location. Time before last I purchased a shamrock shake and it was pretty much vanilla. Slight green.
