It was a hot one in WA today so we needed a little refresher to cool down! Establishment wasn't busy, and it was nice and clean and the customer service was on point! I believe the associates name was Austin, who was front and center to take our orders and answer any questions we had about any items in the menu. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Hubby decided on an Oreo blizzard and I decided to try the new Hibiscus Lemonade Cooler. Can't go wrong with a blizzard with Oreo, but the Cooler drink wasn't my favorite. It tasted like a creamy Smarties candy flavored drink. If you like/love Smarties candies then this is the drink for you! I guess I'll stick with my usual brownie batter blizzard next time! read more

20 minutes and hadn't received our blizzard and shake yet. Assistant manager wouldn't even acknowledge me she just took the receipt from the young lady helping me and stomped behind the counter. Came back 5 minutes later with a blizzard that was 2/3 full all she said was "your blizzard" and walked away. As high as the prices are now at DQ you would expect at least passive service. read more

Always something wrong! Food order in a mobile app is never correct! Bathrooms are grose and not cleaned. Last time I went inside to make sure my order was correct and it w as because I had to go in and watch them do it. The ceiling was leaking above the register and they definitely had water coming out but continued to stay open (Health violation). Today the food was microwaved and nasty! Tried to call the store 5 times and got silence or a busy signal. No one answered. If I go in tomorrow they will say " did you call the this location, we are all independently owned. Come on, you wanna be the next store to go under or do better! We'll see if the customer service app reps will actually call me back, they didn't last time! read more

The Dairy queen just can't get it right at this location. For the third visit in a row, they got my Blizzsrd order wrong. They used to get it right I'm a chocolate ice cream girl threw and through. Usually it's not a problem for me to order a chocolate ice cream blizzard. Lately they've been giving me vanilla ice cream with Hershey syrup mixed part way through. It's never completely mixed. And it has the Hershey chemical aftertaste. Today my son got his medium cookie dough blizzard with chocolate ice cream and I got a vanilla halfway mixed one. He got cookie dough in his. Mind blown. Best fast food service I've ever had. They brought our meal right to the table, and it was so fast! I hardly had time to fill a drink cup and pick a seat. Someone came out to ask how everything was as we were eating. Then I bought a cake and the sweet gal at the front counter wasnt happy with the amount of Oreos on top so she added more before writing on the cake for us. Went to the Mount Vernon Dairy Queen, the teenage staff were standing around talking and laughing, the two burgers ordered were cold as if they pulled it out of the refrigerator. The onion rings were beyond burnt and dry. I also ordered a chicken basket, and when noticed it didn't have the gravy in the basket, staff advised it no longer comes with the gravy. This has been the worst experience I have had. Everything ordered was a complete waste of money and un eatable. Dairy Queen sure stole my money and I got garbage in return. For the third time in a row over the last 3-4 weeks, I have not received what I ordered. This Dairy Queen appears to be understaffed. The line is constantly long in the drive through. A few weeks ago, we decided to go inside and were told by one of the staff that they wouldn't have time to fill walk in orders because of all the online orders and drive throughs so we left. The next two times we went, I ordered a Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie Blizzard Treat. I ordered it specifically for the fudge core in the middle. Both times, I asked for extra fudge. Drive through on Easter Sunday evening, so I feel for the staff working on a holiday. But I could not understand, the person who was working the drive thru window, what the person was saying as she spoke waaaaaay too quickly. It was English, so it wasn't a language-barrier, my concern was the speed. I only stared at her and asked her to kindly repeat what she informed us, as she'd asked us to drive forward as the fries were still cooking or something of that nature. My husband understood, but 3 of us out of 4 could not catch a word she'd spoken as it was crazy fast. The food was fast-food, I'm not judging on the food I didn't eat, as my teens were the ones starving and DQ was one of the only places open off I-5 on a holiday as we drove home. This place sucks. Almost every time I go, I have a problem with my order. Ask for extra ranch, get charged for it and dont receive it. One time i got tartar sauce instead of ranch! FOR CHICKEN STRIPS! I almost spilled my Blizzard all of my car because the cashier didn't put a top on it. I asked for a spoon and straws. Was told it was in the bag. Went home. Adriana was our waitress tonight, she was very cheerful and friendly and just went above and beyond. Someone's order at our table got lost somewhere but she made sure it got to us and even made sure we got a large instead of medium (on the house). I get the feeling she was under a little pressure cause there was a lot going on in the kitchen and a lot of people at dq and she was the only waitress, however she was professional and very friendly the whole time and made the whole experience enjoyable. So huge shoutout to Adriana!! The people at the register were great too but I didn't see their names (sorry!!) EDIT Just found out Adriana's only been working here for 3 days!! She's killing it. I had a craving! A chocolate malt with a squirt of marshmallow. Something from my younger days I guess. I ordered a medium here and it came with a clear plastic cup and open dome lid. Whipped cream and cherry on top! Presentation............5 stars!! The shake was a little thin but that made it easier to use the straw. First taste? Cherry! Seems the flavorings added were light enough that the maraschino cherry over whelmed the chocolate, malt, marshmallow and ice cream! Slightly disappointed that I did not get to taste my ingredients! I order on drive thru when I got to window my order was missing one item the person in window says that's what I order apparently the person taking orders did not hear all my orders, anyway I was asking if they can just give me my missing order I will pay for it since I am already right there, rudely the guy told me I can't do that I have to go back and in line and order again! That being said: the service is abominable. -I stood at the counter without acknowledgement for three or four minutes, even though they looked right at me. -The food was meh, the gravy was runny. -The ice cream machine was having issues; they re-made the sundae three separate times, the milk consistency was never right, the flavor of the ice cream was never proper, and when I requested a voucher so I could go to a different Dairy Queen instead, the manager became annoyed and rather aggressive, so I opted to walk away.
