They didn't have Snickers or chocolate ice cream (not all DQs do) for my Blizzard. We waited a good 20q minutes for a dip cone and a medium Blizzard. The cashier finally came out to see what everyone was waiting on. Like they don't have monitors with the orders! Most of the tables were clean. Wet floor signs out by the drink station. The cashier showed no interest in taking our order... she acted like doing so was an inconvenience. When we finally received our order, the burgers looked like they had been made hours ago and were falling apart in the wrappers and were lukewarm. The vegetables were old. I also had to go to the counter, (there was nobody there because the cashier was sitting at a table, the drive through cashier yelled her name across the restaurant for whoever was supposed to be there) to request the rest of my order which was sitting on the counter. This is a constant problem at this and many other fast food locations across our country. Pitiful service. Placed a mobile order. They clicked delivered on the app but didn't bring it out. I called and a woman said "I'll tell them you're here." Waited. Went in and waited forever to tell them I didn't have my mobile order. They proceeded to tell me they were out of part of my order. But couldn't call or walk out to tell me? When my husband and I approached the door, we were met by about 15-20 flies. As we approached the counter, an employee shot paper across the counter to the trashcan located by the door. When we started ordering, the employee stated that they had no ice cream. This is why we came and endured everything we had done up until that point. Despite the review, I decided to take the plunge!! We had a great service. The staff were super friendly and brought our food to the table (four grandkids, me and my daughter-in-law) and they were very nice about it!!! The food was great and fresh. AND we stopped in at lunch time. Only took us 12 minutes to get all of our meals. The order was spot on!!! Thank you DQ. too bad I have to choose a star because it was worse than not good. this will be my second or third time there and I will never be back. my french fries were cold. I had to send them back. Been a fan of the DQ since I was just a child...hhmm come to think of it my family still says I haven't matured all that much...anyway back to the review... Have always loved the ice cream offerings...simply the best in my opinion of the fast food ice cream offerings... Normally don't do the burgers on the occasions I stop into a DQ...typically go with the Steak Finger basket which is what I did on the 14th...Man, how I love a good steak finger basket every now and then, DQ in Natchez is at the perfect halfway point for a quick bite... Other restaurant options in Natchez but I typically bypass them cause I don't want anything too heavy for the 2d half of the drive and DQ for quick small bite has always filled the bill... They've recently renovated the interior and exterior and service was quick and all in all it satisfied!!! read more

Food is typical DQ/Fast Food, morning and afternoon staff real friendly, night staff really rude.

Service was good. Watched the Supervisor handle a dissatisfied customer and she did a wonderful job. We always stop to eat here on our way home. Will definitely continue to eat here. read more
