First, the drive thru is a nightmare. Poor planning and you need signs to instruct cars not to block driveways. Second, the inside was filthy. With the shape the country is in, we do not have to promote the country's administration while we are dining. This place has the worst service. Orders wrong, blizzards made that look on like disasters. Tonight was my last visit. Order a SMALL dipped cone with coupon. I see the guy in the window palm a cone to a lady out the window for her to hand it back as it's my order. I hand the coupon and the guy said I order a medium cone. And swiped my card for almost 5 dollars. And then slammed the window on me and left. So not only did he get my order wrong but let a stranger hold it, return it and then put it back in the counter and gave it to me since he can't figure out who ordered the medium cone. The patio is always clean. The patio has fireplaces. Cozy. The burgers are consistently great. Hot beef, cool crisp toppings. The onion rings, always crispy and hot. Pastor Mason here. Worst run DQ ever. Nick, the GM, is very rude and loud. I have a cane and a service dog and my 92 year old housemate uses a walker. We can't carry the drink cups and order number with us. I asked the kid at the register to take it over for us and he ignored us. Nick was delivering food to a table and saw we didn't have one and I asked him what he had on the tray. He rudely said, "Food." I asked for detail and it was our order. He thumped it down on the table hard and said we have to have a number on the table. I explained how we can't carry everything. Nick rudely yelled back that "Everybody else figures it out." I responded with a "Go to hell." I took my food to the counter and told him it's too unappealing to eat and I wanted a refund. He started to yell at me and told me I'm banned from that place. That if I ever came in again he'd have me arrested for trespassing. He also said that his staff always complains that I'm rude to him (flat out lie). I asked for his name and he kept telling me General Manager. I said that I would call the owner tomorrow and he said he'd call him now. I was still waiting for a refund and he said the owner is siding with him so I needn't call him. Several people who know me from my church were there and even a couple of employees came to my defense. He gave me a refund for the whole ticket, but I told him that my housemate was eating his meal and so I didn't want that part refunded. His response was, "It's easier on me to do it this way." I recently just took a visit to this dairy queen. Upon arriving the dairy queen had a stench that hit me as soon as I walked in. I ordered and waited around 30 minutes and when receiving my order the ice cream was melted and was everywhere but inside the cup. The ice cream tasted old, I don't know how that's possible, and barely filled the cup. I recommend never going to this place and the service was horrendous. read more

NICE remodel makes it similar to the one on Veterans with an outdoor fireplace and 3 tvs inside. HUGE frozen case with lots of goodies to just buzz in and grab. I like that they have dilly bars by the dozen already bagged up! read more

Yeah, that's right! I'm reviewing a DQ! In short, we were on a mission to find a steak finger basket. We found a Dairy Queen on the way home from St Louis and pulled through the drive thru. First thing we notice: no steak finger basket. In trying to ask the guy through the lil' speaker, he couldn't understand the question. But when we pulled up he was nice, and finally figured it out. And no. The steak finger basket is no more. Boo. Chicken basket with the god awful country gravy though made a decent substitute. 3 stars for not staring at me like I'm an idiot and being polite in answering my odd question - but we don't have these fancy Dairy Queens around us anymore! :-) read more

Awful service, my family went there at 955pm. Not realizing they close at 10 o'clock. I ordered a cheeseburger, we drove away from window and found out my cheeseburger was ICE COLD! No just luke warm, but ice cold I opened the sandwich and put my finger on the cheese which was freezing cold. It's like they took the cheeseburger right out of the refrigerator and forgot to put it in the microwave before they served it to me. We drove right in the parking lot and walked up to the front door which they just locked and walked away so we drove back through the drive-through and They turned the lights off ! So I was stuck with an ICE COLD cheeseburger. Went in the garbage. McDonalds still open and we got great service and a HOT Cheeseburger!! Please everyone go anywhere else than DQ. read more

I can't believe I am writing a review for a fast food place, but people should know about the amazing outside seating at this DQ location - nice chairs and tables with umbrellas, gorgeous fireplaces, and nice landscaping. I actually think it is the nicest outdoor seating in BloNo! I am not a fast food person at all, but I love DQ ice cream, and we only discovered this nicely remodeled location a couple of days ago and have been back twice. Good service both times, and everything was clean. The have wi-fi, too, so I think their outside seating just became a new workspace for me. read more

My boyfriend loves dipped ice cream cones and we have bought vanilla-chocolate dipped cones from this Dairy Queen twice. Each time it has been a disappointment for him. My boyfriend orders a medium dipped cone...and that is want he gets. Just a medium cone. The dipped ice cream with the cone is what u would expect for a small/kid cone. It's so disappointing to see all the bad reviews recently but I had a bad experience as well. I got food and a blizzard and I got my food after about 20 long minutes. It wasn't timely but at least I got it. I never received my blizzard though so I went up when I was about done with my food and asked if my blizzard was ready. Mind you, it had already been 15 ish minutes. I asked the cashier and she said well he's probably making it with an attitude and was totally rude about it. I said okay and sat down and waited some more time. I got up at least 4 times to see if it was ready and it wasn't. When we were done with our food there was no point in waiting for it so I asked for a refund. Then the cashier with the attitude decided to ask if I still wanted it. A slush is supposed to have little ice particles but this one had none, was luke warm, and tasted like a cleaning fluid smells.
