They check on us now and then letting us know how long the food will take since they are short on staff and have a couple of large parties before us. We ordered their full rib in dry and the sweet potato brisket waffles. The reason why I don't give them a 5 stars is because their meat seems to be a bit too dry. The brisket on my waffle have to add a lot of maples in order to make them moisture, the good thing about the meal is the meat portion are very generous and flavorful. The butter that came with them was very unique to say the least.
