Oh boy. I had a strong feeling the burger would not be good but we were tired and everywhere else was crowded so we went on ahead, even after smelling the smell of vomit in the parking lot and near the dumpster. This was the WORSE BURGER I've had in many many years. I cannot remember a burger this bad. I had the flame burger (some nasty sauce and supposed to have pepperjack cheese and jalapenos but there hardly were any of those). Cold buns, semi cold horrible meat pattie. Dropped by for dessert only after 8:30pm. A few orders of their well known blizzards were placed and processed quickly. They tasted like DQ and thus were quickly eaten. The Dairy Queen website doesn't include the hours of operation for this location which is really odd that it wouldn't. In any case since I was able to make it before they closed my companions were happy. I was able to find hours of operation elsewhere which were accurate. They had more outdoor seating then I expected. Since it was a bit chilly the night I visited, perhaps that contributed to being able to seat myself quickly. read more

For the last 5 years I have called in attempt to order a cake. I have not once received a call back, and when I arrived at the store I was told they could not help me. The girl working the counter said I need to call to order cakes. I stated I had been calling for weeks with no call back, her only answer was "interesting". A friend of mine (who is one of the kindest people I know) went to DQ yesterday and was treated very badly. She was sworn at, yelled at, and was told she needed to appreciate them (DQ) more. woman was straight up rude . ordered chicken strips they gave me no gravy and did not ask to sub anything. ask her about the gravy and she said we don't have gravy. did not offer anything else. ask them if they could make the sundae after she said they don't hold them . they just shut down the business it is 5:14 pm and they were busy. ive been to DQ's all over the US and have always been satisfied. We visit our local DQ on a regular basis for a chocolate dipped cone. Taste the same, but this DQ makes their cones way smaller than we get at home. I guess if they do that enough they make more money. read more

This Dairy Queen has messed up,or completely forgotten to make my birthday blizzard cake almost every year that I can remember-- my Mother called THURSDAY to place the order for today, and it took the woman 15 minutes to get through placing an order (after denying multiple color options for frosting and images)... tonight my brother goes to pick up the order and what do you know, THEY DONT HAVE MY BIRTHDAY CAKE- instead they offer someone else's cake which they don't know what kind of cake it is.... how does that even happen??? What if that person came for their cake? And how do you not know what type is it? Sad situation. So they apparently gave my cake to a different person earlier, who didn't give a crap to notice the cake said Happy 34th Birthday Jen on it....they called the lady who was supposed to pick up Taylor's cake- not my cake- and the woman on the phone said "they ate it and they don't give a f*@k" soooo no blizzard cake for me. (I feel bad for Taylor- nice caring family you have there) ****On a positive note they gave us Taylor's cake for free (but it's not an M&M blizzard cake )with her name scraped off and mine on it... with a large m&m blizzard for free. Never getting ice cream cake from here again. I don't live in the area anymore and I look forward to the cake every year for my birthday when I come home to visit. read more

I am a Dairy Queen EXPERT! I know and eat at all of them in Maine. Rockland Dairy Queen has the smallest cones for the most money. A large from Dairy Queen is supposed to be BIG, they are NOT here. A small is very small and the price is very expensive. It is about a dollar more for all cones and you get less. This does not make sense. Please start making your cones bigger and reduce the price. If not since we are all paying more for the ice-cream then make them the size they should be, not so small. Very disappointing. read more

Small town mentality. I placed one order, then the guy behind me placed his order for two he proceeded to go to the window and joke around with the cook and yelled jokingly, Hurry up I got 15 mins and they stopped to chat a bit. So guess who got their order done first? Then to add insult to injury, he gave the guy my drink. He said your orders coming out I said ok. I proceeded to text and I heard the cook say. I gave your drink to someone else and I looked at him which is basically knowledge what he said and I put my head down to finish my text. Then he says are you going to smile for me? I kept my head down. He then turns to a co-worker and yells I guess she doesn't want to smile today. Response was who doesn't? His response SHE doesn't and then something inaudible was said. They called my number I said thank you and left. I didn't give one reaction or another other than stand there wait and you get pissed because you made a mistake and you think it's cute to ask someone to smile? Yeah ok. Prices may be affordable, but that means nothing when the food is disgusting!!! Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger that was ALL MAYO! The mushrooms were the slimy canned kind and there were very few of them. I was able to squeeze more than a TABLESPOON of mayo off the burger. The bun was soggy and the fries were way too salty!!!
