I went through the drive through and ordered 4 blizzards. When I got them there appeared to be a lot of topping on the top. This happened a few weeks ago when we door dashed some blizzards from the same store. I knew these were not fully mixed and it was going to be mostly vanilla ice cream on the bottom. I parked my car and took my $30 with of ice cream back in. I complained to the manager and she was very nice and offered to remake them all which she did. She also gave me a free small blizzard coupon. Unfortunately she didn't know how to make a blizzard either because the bottom 1/3 was only vanilla. :( read more

We went to this store Sunday afternoon to get a couple of ice cream cones. The drive thru had 3 cars in line so we decided to go inside. There was no one else waiting at the counter so we stood there waiting to order. We stood there for five minutes as the staff looked at us and continued working. They did not acknowledge us or say" we will be with you in a moment " All three cars plus an additional car was served and their order completed while we stood there. After watching this lack of service we finally left and went to another ice cream shop and got what we wanted in a few short minutes Needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment. I sat in line for an hour, waited at the menu in the drive through for a few minutes then sat at the window for another 5 / 10 minutes. My order was completely wrong , only 3 correct items out of 8 total. I sat in my car watching a worker angrily throw away multiple blizzards and cones. Once i got my order everything was COMPLETELY melted, and WRONG.... so while i sat at the window my order sat on the counter melting ... Everything about going here was terrible. The food, the service, the wait time was all bad. The line was moving very slowly and when we got to the speaker, it took over 5 minutes for the worker to even say something. We wanted just a burger and fries, but we were told getting the combo was cheaper, which later I found out it actually wasn't. When we pulled up to the window, looking inside, a lot of workers weren't in uniform or following basic universal health codes. They were also goofing off and spraying each other with whipped cream. the SAME whipped cream they put on your sundaes . We also had a problem paying for our order. We used two gift cards, but one should have had around 12 dollars left on it, which we didn't get back until we said something about it. Even then we didn't get the same gift card back. We got a completely new one that I don't know the balance of because they did not even give us the receipt. That could have been an honest mistake, but is anyone even training these workers? Where are the managers? Is anyone teaching them how to do their jobs? It took 35 minutes for us to get our food, and there were only 3 cars ahead of us the whole time. Ordered a 6 pc chicken strip dinner with an up charge of cheese curds. Your country gravy is not gravy. It is water with white coloring. One piece of the 6 piece of chicken was the same size as my thumbnail. First time eating your food. It will be the last one. Worst Dairy Queen ever! I wanted to order an ice cream cake that was on their website. One of the girls said she would call the mgr to check to see if it was available. I thought great! and pointed to the first booth letting her know where I would be sitting. After quite a wait I questioned as to where she was as she hadn't returned. Found out she had gone home!!!! Another employee then said he would call and at that time they told me they could get the cake for me. So I ordered and paid for it. The next day they called me wondering what cake I wanted. I told them and said it's on your website! A graduation cake that says reach for the stars! She called me back to let me know she couldn't find it. I looked again and there it was on their website! The owner needs to quit being cheap or just go out of business. You need to hire someone with some real management not just high school kids that have no sense of order. I've been in the drive thru for 30 minutes as I watch 3-4 of them stand around and do nothing. I've been to plenty of other DQ's and have never waited more than 5 minutes at any given time of the day. This is unreal. Also, you're responses to your low star reviews are just as sorry as your service. I will never bring my business here again!
