Definitely zero stars. It was a hot day, so I wanted a sundae and was in the area, so I decided to go to DQ. I could not hear the lady on the drive through microphone at all, so I had to ask her to keep repeating herself. It turns out that she is soft spoken and probably should not be working the window. However, before I get to the window, I can hear someone in the background say bitch is you slow and hard of hearing? I got to the window and still could not hear the soft-spoken lady. I asked her who called me a bitch, and she said it was not me. It was the manager, Arnelia. Then she wrote her name on a piece of receipt paper and gave it to me. Never again. Band kids went to celebrate their first home game win and were turned away by some guy who decided he didn't want the "dirty ass band kids" in the store - right after two other kids walked in (one also in the band). I didn't know DQ employees were allowed to openly discriminate based on what activities the kids participate in. Is that new? ... and they didn't flip the flurry over. I walked in with my wife this Valentine's Day and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The store was clean the young chap behind the counter was kind and clearly knew what he was doing. Lobby door was unlocked but when we went in they said we had to order through drive through and door dash was only allowed in lobby. Why wouldn't they just lock the door and make DoorDash go through the drive through that makes zero sense. Rude employees as well screaming back and forth in the lobby. Purchased a Strawberry shake which has pieces of chocolate and cookie dough and one tiny piece of strawberry. Called there to let someone know and this young ghetto sounding person basically told me I was full of it and hung up on me. I called back and the kid who handed me the shake five minutes prior said he did not remember am I sure it was their location. I asked to speak to a manager after several calls I was finally able to speak to the manager: Destiny she couldn't care less so I asked to speak to someone above her. The next day I receive call from the district manager and she basically told me that her crew had a bad customer experience that day and then told me about a personal experience that in my eyes tried to explain why they were rude. Now I see where the employees take their direction from. I live near the store so I've been there numerous times but I will never again spend a dime in that dump again! Can I leave zero stars ? is that possible because this place deserves nothing more than that ? please listen carefully do not ever order a chicken finger basket. You get four decent size pieces of chicken, but you will only be given one sauce cup that they say comes with it now mind you their sauce cups are about half of the size of a McDonald's, ranch or barbecue sauce cup ...picture that if you will ....half the size!!! But unlike McDonald's which are $.30 for an extra sauce cup this place is $1.25 ! absolutely ridiculous , and the initial portion of sauce you get with your chicken fingers basket should at least cover more than one chicken strip. You need about 4 cups of these little dinky things to suffice. The proportion of chicken makes no sense and then you were given crap over it when you asked for more and you will be charged, which is even more ridiculous... I won't go back to this place or probably any DQ for that matter because of this . Horrible corporate guideline. Little millennial employee should understand customer relations better. read more

This location got some new crew members in this year and everybody is fantastic! Speedy service, nice to talk to, and the quality of ice cream and food has improved from last year. We've been frequent customers since the weather got warm and we will definitely keep coming back. read more

Was in the area and my daughter wanted a blizzard. We went to the drive thru. Ordered a mini blizzard. I was behind someone who ordered food. Pulled up and saw what appeared to be my blizzard with whipped cream on top. I mentioned my daughter does not like whipped cream. If I know an item has whipped cream , like a milkshake I ask for no whipped cream. I never had a blizzard with whipped cream. I paid with a combination of bills and coins. The cashier said I was short 9 cents. I knew I gave her the exact amount, and didn't want to disagree about 9 cents. So I gave her nine cents. I wasn't told our total when I ordered and had $4.25 ready to hand over. So I gave her that first and then gave her the addition change up to the total. I have a math minor and know how to count change. So I am pretty confident I gave her the correct amount. I am pretty sure I confused her giving her a combination of bills and loose change ( even though most were quarters up to the $4.25). We got our mini blizzard. It appears they just scooped off the whipped cream and off we went. We were at the window for longer than it should have been. Service was pretty slow. In all, I do not ever plan to return to this DQ. There are so many better places to get soft serve and ice cream. read more

Went thru the drive thru and the girl that took my order didn't seem to understand what I wanted. I repeated it 2x at the speaker, when I got to the window she still didn't have it correct. I repeated what I wanted a 3rd time. When I got home my order was completely wrong. I called to speak to the manager "Steven" and he was very rude and his customer service skills were him hanging up on us 3x. All we wanted was a apologize, and maybe to be compensated. When asked for corporate phone number he didn't have it. Hung up. I will never go to this diary queen again. The interior is lovely. The staff is working hard. Ice cream is tasty. I wish they were less busy after work and after dinner because this is when I want to come, but so does everyone else. Because everything is made to order, if you expect immediate service on a warm Friday night, you may be disappointed. But if you pack reasonable expectations of how quickly orders can be made, then you are in for a treat. That said, I have been here at 2pm and was literally in and out in under a minute. read more

i pulled into DQ drive thru and encountered a long wait with little movement so I decided to walk in. when I walked in there were two orders in front of me and noticed the employees struggling to keep it together. The staff wasn't lacking help but they were missing management. I received my blizzards only to have the lady serving them to me was dripping water or whatever from her hands into my blizzards. i immediately brought it to her attention and asked to speak to a manager. I was told by the staff that there was no manager working. The dining area along with the kitchen that was viewable was nasty with trash flowing over the garbage can. In the end I asked for a refund. This location disappoints me every single time. The employees have no idea how to make any of the Blizzards - no matter what kind we order, there's something wrong every single time. To add insult to injury, they never wipe down the cups so they're handing you a sticky cup covered in ice cream. And no napkins, of course. I would give zero stars if possible. First, the person at drive thru yelled several times asking if I was ready to order even after I said yes. I gave him a gift card and cash to cover what the gift card didn't. He used the cash and gave me the gift card back. Received no napkins. Ingredients were missing on the sandwich. I always have a great experience at this Dairy Queen! The staff is always up beat and friendly. I even met the mayor here once! Next time you are in make sure you ask for the Fouts Special . The only complaint I have is the recent change in the 3 piece chicken strip lunch the price was raised $1! That's okay though it is STILL the best deal around at $6. I've made a review on this DQ before about poor quality blizzards. This time I went in to order ( drive thru shut down) no one is ordering, few wait for their orders. One girl at the counter sitting in a chair. I stood there no welcoming or "what can I get ya" just looked it me. So I just started ordering can say more about that but I won't. But didn't take my name or give me a order #. As I started to wait for my order Lady ask "what am I waiting for?" said couple blizzards and a shake she says " we have lots of shakes and blizzards what kind?" I'm irritated now said do I have to go over my whole order again I help her by pointing at their order screen that's my order right there. Order comes up one of my blizzards is overflowing the dude decided to clean the rim of the cup with HIS FN FINGER. Then grab my spoons with those same fingers by the spoon part. I sucked it up walked out with my order hit home threw mine out told rest of my family the story none of us enjoyed our DQ. I'm done will never go back. We come there minimum of once a week. One of the worst Dairy Queen's by far. The store is ran by young kids with horrible attitudes and no manners. Our home is next door so we have given this place a few chances and we always walk away with a bad experience. To make matters worse, during this pandemic, the staff was not serving with gloves and were improperly wearing face masks pulled down below their chin. We are making our second call to corporate and filing an official complaint with the city that they are not following proper health guidelines for serving food. read more

I came to this location with my sister and son and placed a order in the drive through. We get to the window and there is a young lady standing there and she doesn't speak she just stares at me, so we needed to break the order in half with two separate payments and the young lady responds "you should have said that at the speaker" with an attitude And continues to stare at me. I say never mind and hand her money and say pay for it all. Two other young ladies walk up and one hands me the ice cream and the other takes the money. As I wait on my change the first young lady says to the other two "someone must have pissed in her damn Cheerios" I respond who are you talking to and she says "I'm talking to you"! And then tells me I need to "Fix my Raggedy Weave" this was completely uncalled for so I asked for the manager who seemed to be completely oblivious to all the commotion at the window. As I waited on the district managers information the young lady started and laughed at me through the window. I went into the location to talk with the manager and retrieve the car at which time the young lady attempted to come from the back and around the counter towards me until the other employees grabbed her. This was the worst experience I have ever had and the manager was of no assistance other than standing there as I explained my disgust! In addition to the atrocious wait-time for "fast-food," they got the order wrong and the food was so cold I thought they'd kept in the cooler instead of under a heat lamp. Great facility and who doesn't like Dairy Queen, but every time we come here we always wind up pissed off...whether it's the super slow service, employees with poor attitudes, orders wrong, and this last time even spoiled ice cream along with being super slow again, and the employee not even caring that it was spoiled acting like we're bothering them. 3 different people tried it.
