The employees are so friendly here! We were greeted on the way in. After you order they bring the food to your table which is really nice because you can get to know your server a bit. They ask if you need anything else too! We gave them tips because they were so nice! I ordered the grilled chicken salad with cranberries, blue cheese, bacon and blue cheese dressing. It was excellent. The bacon was lean, thick, crunchy and cooked to perfection. My boyfriend ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and cheese curds which he shared with me. They were a nice combination of white and cheddar cheeses. We sat in a booth which was very comfortable. I would say the dining area was 50% full yet it wasn't noisy at all. 8/2025- My son wanted to see what all the hype was about with a butter burger. It said it was amazing, best fast food burger he ever had. I said not all that, bland, mid, and wet. I like that it's made to order but don't like the wait time. I asked the girl for my receipt and she had an attitude. I said I need to see what cost $77. They are expensive, don't get a combo because the drinks are trash. I will bring my son back but I don't want none. They need more healthy stuff on the menu. This was our first time going to Culver's and we were very pleased. We ordered a mint shake, which rivals a shamrock shake easily. We also got a caramel cashew sundae, which was beyond delicious! And lastly, we purchased a double cheeseburger deluxe, which my son said was fresh and homemade tasting. This was my first time at a Culver ever and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and quality of the food! It's rare to find people in the restaurant industry that are passionate about their job, and to see people that take pride in theit work- from making sure condiments are in stock, to wiping up messes, to remaining calm and friendly even with testy customers- it was really refreshing. The worst Culver's experience I've had. First my order was not correct, I ordered a double with mustard and extra pickles & a med fry, thru drive-thru. I got 2 pickles and no fries, so that meant I had to park and go in to get my fries. Which was a hassle in and of itself if you've gone there and experienced the parking lot lay-out. I really enjoy this location! Employee are always friendly, polite, and overall great! Rose Ann helped us out during our first trip and she was the best. We had never been to Culver's before so we didn't know what to expect. She recommended what to order and was so patient with us while we took the time to decide. We each opted for the Crispy Chicken sandwich meal, which comes with a drink and fries. The chicken was so fresh and spiced perfectly. It's definitely up there with Chick Fil A and Shake Shack for my favorite chicken sandwich. The fries are of the crinkle variety. Some may not like that but not us -- we love crispy crinkle fries! We dined in that evening and I was surprised how clean everything was. They even had Friends on the TV! Rose Ann stopped by after our meal to chat and offered us coupons to come back again. Service like that is rare these days so we definitely appreciated it! We've since come back and have had no complaints! A meal for us runs about $20 here but we're okay with that because of how fresh the food is and how the service is always top notch. I recommend the cheese curds and root beer, too. CULVER'S DOES live up to their business with Quality and Quantity let alone fresh food made to order when you place it !! My Mom and I stopped here on December 14th at 1:30 p.m. after a successful shopping morning at Meijer for great grandkid Christmas gifts. We were greeted quickly when we walked in the door by a happy, yes"Jolly" employee at the register name JAY. His pleasant personality is a plus here and he knows his Culver questions to ask a guest when placing your food order. He also made my Mom smile and laugh because that's the way Jay is a great employee, who works fast, efficent and loves his job here. Mom ordered the Fish Basket (combo term), which is always delicious never greasy and the batter is tasty. This was enough to satisfy her appetite. I ordered the crispy chicken basket no lettuce and a medium drink and naturally onion rings my favorite. I wish Culver's would carry" leaf lettuce" not iceberg lettuce due to my health issue but overall we enjoyed a satisfying and comforting lunch. The dining room area is always kept up clean with other employees working quickly to clear off and clean tables, naturally when other guests leave. It is always nice to find a table then to wait for our food with anticipation and hunger in less than 10 minutes. Today our food arrived with a cheerful smile from a server that was working hard to deliver food in a prompt time. My crispy chicken sandwich was hot and delicious and cooked correctly with no issues. My Mom's 1 fish fillet, fries and Cole slaw and dinner roll was fluffy as she says and certainly enjoyed her filling lunch. The atmosphere in here has music playing softly in the background with a nice warm temperature which was not too hot and not too cold. A comfortable time either with a jacket on or without. When we were leaving, "Jay" said goodbye and thanked us for stopping in for lunch as well as another employee cleaning off tables. I believe that Culver's has quality, pricey food compared to other fast food establishments. I enjoy the fact the food is specially prepared to your likely while you wait. I ordered my meal via the drive thru. Once the order is placed, the staff gives you a number and asks you pull ahead in a designated area. I had the Butter Burger Cheese, Crinkled fries and a concrete mixer with Oreos. Everything came out fresh and was tasty. The staff was polite and I had no issues with my order. Oh come on, you never been here? You must go. Another level of "fast food". Great hiring of mostly younger but tuned in and caring employees. And, most importantly, the food is super yummy and a step above. I especially like the fish and chips and usually just get two pieces instead of three because the portions are solid. Also usually get a side order of onion rings cause they're just so good. So much other stuff to try, too. They are well known for their burgers as they should be. The place is clean, and usually has good but not overly loud sports on the screens and like I said well-trained servers. Have even made friends and got to know a couple servers there as well as good managers. Doing a good job here and the main thing is the good and solid food. A good friend of mine who has passed away turned me on to Culver's and I always look forward to going there. Check it out and I bet it will be a go to when you want a quick good bite. read more

We went there after dinner for dessert and were surprised at the lack of service and quality of the desserts. I've had great food/service during lunchtime hours, but after 9 on a Saturday, it was terrible. The ice cream was closer to soup than ice cream, cement mixers are supposed to be firm not soupy. The bacon was run of the mill thin bacon used at every fast food place. The vegetables were fresh. The pickles had no crunch to them. The fries were crinkle fries and nice helping. No Coke products that was a bummer. The basket was better than all the fast food places but not a must have. The winner was the concrete mixer I had the salted caramel . Kind of pricey but Culver's is like fast food plus. And it seems like the cost of a combo meal at places like Burger King and Wendy's isn't all that much cheaper than Culver's so it really is worth a bit more for better quality. I've never had the ice cream or shakes here but the burgers, fries, chicken and fish are always fresh and on point. Service has always been top notch at this location, too. And the drive thru queue stays stacked here, although the last time I rolled up it was only one deep in what was probably a welcome aberration to the staff here. They handle it like champs, though honestly sometimes that line up is so formidable I keep rolling to some lesser fast food place where I'll burn less gas and screen time on my phone waiting. It's been a long time since I've been inside here, what with the pandemic dragging on. I do remember one time dining in here, during a typically chilly Michigan winter, when there was a random man, shirtless with saggy pants revealing his boxers, swaggering through the enormous parking lot behind Culver's in front of Meijer. He was clearly high on something and it was amusing to hear the mixture of disbelief, joke cracking and concern this elicited from the staff. Then to hear them switch gears from their observations about this character to professionally waiting on other customers was even more amusing. Maybe they should'nt have been saying some of the stuff they were about that guy within earshot of patrons but that dude was wild, and it was great to hear them in non-robot mode reacting to the spectacle of that guy. I think I'm getting hungry for a butter burger now. Too bad it's like 4 am and they're closed. read more

I usually come to Culver's because I really love the fry's and hamburgers. I decided to try the chicken today and it was tasty. But the strips are small and you can see in the picture on of them was a bite. Also the drys were under cooked and tasted raw. I am disappointed that they served me a bite of chicken instead of a strip and also I am sure they could see the fry's were not done. This was the first Culvers I went to with family. So nice to have a nice quiet place dine in for simple burger and fries fair. I really love Culvers Chicken Tenders! They seem to be consistent at all their restaurants. Thinly battered, even, tasty if not remarkable quality. When I'm in the mood for something fried and fast, I don't want it over-battered with doughy, greasy meatless sections. Culvers Tenders are just right! Their frying oil seems to be fresh and regularly changed. This is a big plus in my opinion! Very well maintained location. Customer service is very good at this location though I have never done drive thru. Milk shakes are great too. Far better than the shakes at the 'other' big-name fast food burger joints. read more

Even the drive through is moving at slow and stop as I have been looking at the same angry guy sitting in a car outside my window for the last 15 minutes. The food when it arrived wasn't bad, but just keep in mind the meat is very "well done" by any standard and the ends are all burnt to fuck and back The meat patties themselves are very thin. You would need three or so to make a regular burger, and if you want a real double burger make sure you order 5-6 patties. This is the age we live in folks. I gave them one-star because my order was wrong. I ask for ketchup and mustard on my sandwiches, and there was none. First they agreed to fix it but the boy in the back that were making the sandwiches, had an attitude when they presented the issue to him then had an attitude again when I noticed that he did not have a glove on his hand while he was back there putting ketchup and mustard on my sandwiches. Instead of making this right, I had to DEMAMD my money back. The night manager went all Karen on me. The owner called me JUST to talk crap the next day. He literally told me I don't give anything away for free.... Sighing, I reminded him that I returned his DEATH on a bun. He didn't give me ANYTHING for free, nor was I asking for anything free. I HAD my money back. I wanted the service addressed and It would have been NICE if they owner would have done something for my near hospital trip experience to salvage the customer relationship. NOPE. He did NOTHING but argue, deflect, even as far as blaming me!!!! I don't give anything away for free.... Good God man, you almost sent me to the hospital but who cares right? The night manager was so rude that after I received my money back, he rudely asked me what more do you want me to do... I said I was sorry!!! I kid you not. The owners response was even worse. I have been to this Culvers a few times and it is okay. The food is good and my boys really like the frozen custard. The thing that I like about this Culvers is that a provide a place for people to come out and be with one another. In the times that I have been here I have been here I have seen groups of older ladies talking and visiting, veterans playing cards and othe groups too. 6/26/21 -Placed order at 2pm - got food at 2:45pm. Long line in drive thru. Seemed to have inexperienced staff. Staff seemed busy with the drive thru service .Food delivery to the dining room seemed to be backed up. When I asked for our food, they got it from food waiting area. If I had not asked how long would it have been? Burgers and Fries tasted as good as always but not hot, on the cool side, Went back and ordered turtle sundaes, the cashier said to wait at the end of the counter and someone would make them. Waited a bit and he came and made them. Wished I got a receipt so I could acknowledge his good service. Really like Culver's hope they straighten out the staffing and order delivery process. read more
