Five stars for being there for me in my traveling time of need. I started at Wendy's (other side of Interstate) after I got gas, but their drive up window was out of order (yeah during Covid) and told me I had to come inside. Ordered online so I could get there and pick it up when I got to the store meal had not been made not even started. They told me all their hotdog dogs were frozen so they could not complete my order. I asked for a refund. I watched the manager opened the microwave and knew a hot dog and he lied to my face and said I found one extra hotdog for your order. Overall terrible experience ordered my food online at 8:29 and walked out of the store at 9 o'clock. Every time I come back it's a horrible experience. For 16.0 one would think when you order a hamburger you get lettuce and tomato. I never said a PLAIN Hamburg, only said I didn't want all of the meat, single patty. Then I call to complain and I'm schooled on how many different burgers they have. The blizzards were great! However the drive thru wait was unusually long. Perhaps more staffing on Wednesday evening would be a good idea.

First of all-we love DQ. As a fast food option it's a great choice usually. It took over an hour to get our food. The first 45mins we waited and when I went to ask I saw food in the window. It was bagged up even though we ate in, and when given the receipt it wasn't my order. She told me she gave my food to the wrong people, sorry. Nothing else. I told her she needed to get her manager and it needed to be corrected. She acted too out of it to even know how to do that. The manager then treated me like it was my fault. I guess I was easy to blame since the woman who gave our food away wouldn't say anything. I told her we'd take the food if she'd give us back the difference and instead threw it all away!?! One of those could have been given for our meal since they were the same. Also the fries. Rebuild the burgers. Ridiculous to waste food like that. The manager never apologized or offered an accommodation. She might have been having a bad day but in the hospitality business you always have to set the example. Finally, the cooler for the ice cream was out so they had the ac set as cold as possible. You could not sit inside without a jacket or sweatshirt and it was 100* outside. read more

Well I go about once a week, (for 2 months) one week they were out of ice cream, and I would have got what I wanted if they would have told me the substitutions I could have got. Like a brownie or a medium slush.etc. And today they gave me old lettuce. Some things are just common sense. People should know what fresh lettuce looks like. Picked it off. Almost every time I go to Dairy Queen I get a bacon cheeseburger. The meat is always very good as well as the bread. But the bacon is very little and raw. I just think that you shouldn't have to ask for crispy bacon. read more

I had the Flame Thrower combo with fries. It wasn't as spicy as I remembered it being a few months ago. Who knows? Maybe my taste buds have dulled. But it was delicious. I had them nix the bacon. Not a fan of bacon and if you don't eat bacon, you'll notice a restaurant's proclivity for putting filthy swine on 7 out of every 10 items on their menus. Some places, like Chili's, actually have bacon "seared" inside most of their burgers and you don't have the option to cut the pork. But, I digress. DQ isn't one of those places. My order was ready very quickly. I barely had time to put the lid on my drink before the girl was there with my order. The staff is very friendly, which is always a plus with me. The fries are far from impressive and prevent me from giving this review five stars. But, nothing's perfect. Emily Blunt is the closest thing I've seen to perfection, but even she has that kind of strange under bite. I still love her though. What was I talking abou...oh yeah, DQ! Great place.
