Have we visited every DQ in town yet? No? Out and about with Baby K, if she wants ice cream DQ is the place to go. Drive-through ice cream. She usually gets a sundae with whipped cream and sprinkles, maybe a cherry, maybe strawberry sauce, etc. And this place delivered, along with extra napkins, and she loved it. I got some cheese curds (I love them; these are fine but not great) and a twisty-misty-lemon-freezy thing that looked good on the menu. Pretty much a lemonade slushy, and pretty good. Fast service. Reasonable prices. Drive-through. Looks to be a big dining area too. Easy access and parking. We'll be back if we're nearby. read more

Arrived at the Dairy Queen in Whitehall before they closed, the open sign was on, but there was a line. I got up to order and whoever answered told me they were sorry they were closed. I sat there in line. They waited on everybody except me and the person behind me. If nothing else, they should've had somebody come out to the line of cars and let them know they weren't waiting on anyone else instead of letting us sit there through their closing time. read more

Went to the Dairy Queen on yearling road the bathroom was a disgrace no toilet paper on both sides this place is horrible! I will never come back to this Dairy Queen the worker don't know how to count change and Service was terrible you run out of milk! read more

I remember when our parents would take us to Dairy Queen when we were very, very young and we loved it. It was always a very special treat for my brother and I. I went into the store because the drive thru lane was very crowded. I gotta hand it to the kids working tonight. They were cordial, informative and working as a team. 4* to the crew. They interior however is horribly unclean. It needs a deep clean badly. 0* on that front. The owner should take note. read more

i ordered through the drive through and ordered a smore's blizzard and paid to add brownie pieces. when she handed it to me i asked to make sure there was brownie pieces in it. she told me yes so i drove away. when i got home the blizzard did infact have zero brownie pieces in it. read more

We went to the Dairy Queen on West Broad toward Galloway....... Worst customer service. Had a bunch of young girls totally unprofessional no hair nets or gloves. Rude and had to make my sundae twice! A peanut buster parfait is about $7.00, a large malt is $6.00 and a banana split is about $7.00!! What the hell is going on?? This is the worst Dairy Queen in the Midwest. We arrived to a long line of cars and after waiting 25 minutes (fast food who!?), we were met with a small (read: post card size) sign saying CASH ONLY on the menu. We clarified with the employee taking our order if they were in fact cash only (during corona virus no less) only to be reprimanded by this short-tempered employee who claimed there were "signs everywhere" without even so much as an apology. We were then stuck in the line and unable to order. After we were out of the line, we drove around the DQ to double check the cash only signs (and would be the first to admit if we were wrong), only to find ONE SIDE of the DQ sign labeled with a post card sized note. Whitehall, Ohio 43213 Dear Manager: A few weeks ago I came through your drive thru and placed an order for a coney with LIGHT sauce, mustard, ketchup, onion and cheese. When I arrived home the only thing on the coney was sauce AND lots of it. Today at approximately 2:45, I ordered the same at the drive thru EXCEPT this was for a FOOT LONG. The first order given to me was a regular coney with sauce only. I went inside and told them what I wanted. To my surprise, there had to be a cup of sauce on the final order. I let it go. While standing and waiting on my order to be corrected, a woman came and she had ordered a PLAIN hamburger. She was not happy when there was onion, mustard, lettuce, and ketchup on the sandwich. She had been home and said she was not going to put up with this. She said the same thing happened her last time in. WHAT is going on? I will not come to such an inefficiently run establishment. This place is so dirty. The floors a filthy, trash cans are overflowing, food all over the counter. Not a great impression.

Stopped in for a couple of blizzards told them what I wanted and even paid for them, next thing I know she telling me "we only have chocolate the vanilla is out and And the other girl won't be back for 20 min if you want to wait" unbelievable, I ask for my money back. I have to say this is probably one of the worst Dairy Queen stores around. They constantly shut down their ice cream machines well before closing and you don't know until you pull up. I can say that this is a location that I will not be returning to even though it is very convenient to my home. I visited this location tonight at 9:30pm. Alittle late and they were busy, I understand. I tried to order chicken fingers and they said they had cleaned there kitchen already and weren't serving food anymore. This is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. I ordered and couple blizzards anyway. After I paid they informed me they were out of Oreos and couldn't make my ice cream either. Reminded me why I always drive to Reynoldsburg for Dairy Queen. I went into the yearling rd location this evening first noticed only one person was in uniform, others we're wearing whatever, music playing louder than I would have it, super slow didn't say one moment or be right with you, get up to counter first thing that is said rudley is for here or to go, drive through was getting waited on faster and more than anything which I will never understand, drive thru and inside should get treated just the same, hell inside pays taxes I ordered a soft serve cone, I get it's soft serve but when handed to me if it was about to fall over I said this looks runny he said it is soft served, so shit, then girl says u want a cup I said I ain't what a ice cream cone is suppose to look like.
