This was the dirtiest place I've been to in a long time. There were 4 to 5 young females doing absolutely nothing when we came in and through the first part of our meal, playing on their phones and watched me clean our table and benches because there were no clean tables in the entire place. We stopped in recently for a vanilla cone, and that is what we got. Gracie B. took care of us in the order that we arrived. I'm pretty sure that she was working alone and she methodically went about her business. She apologized about the wait but it was not a long wait. The counter was clean and the ice cream was good. We ate our cones in the car and there was a constant flow of customers in and out. Kudos to Gracie for her good work. We'll be back next time we need a DQ fix. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would went to Dairy Queen tonight ordered three blizzards. This is not my first time with this girl having a problem she does not flip the blizzards. My daughters blizzard was overfilled to the point where it was just melting. It got all over my pants all over the side of my car, I went and spoke to the manager after waiting in line pretending I wasn't there manager had an attitude, but she remade them. I'll give her credit for that. I said since they weren't served upside down about getting free blizzards, she gave me one coupon for one blizzard when all of my blizzards were not served upside out. Nothing super special about this Dairy Queen. The service is a little slow and the drive thru takes a little while sometimes. I never order food from Dairy Queen so I can not comment on that but I can say I am always happy with my ice cream. They are doing the battle of the Fall pie flavors and my winner hands down is the apple pie! It has real chunks of apple inside it and little pieces of crust throughout. The drive thru rarely has a long line because most of the business comes from Town and Country or the movie theater so most customers are walking. Even when the inside is slammed busy the wait at the drive thru isn't to insane. Being so busy on the inside might be why sometimes the drive thru takes a little longer. All around if you like good ice cream Dairy Queen is a great option. read more

Our neighborhood DQ is where we go for ice cream cakes and dilly bars, but this DQ is emerging as the "Fan Food" vs. Fast Food campaign indicates. I had a great MEAL. The french fries were so good. The burger was good too. I love that they put full bottles of ketchup and mustard on each and every table. There were napkins and even salt and pepper shakers on my table. I think DQ is bringing a $6 fast food meal up to a much higher level. I give it 5 stars! read more

I traveled all the way from Cleveland, Ohio to this one in Kentucky. It took me forever to find one with actual food. I used to love the tenders growing up and was craving them so I came here and let me just say that I wasn't disappointed at all! They changed their signature buffalo sauce to a honey bbq glaze which is actually really good, kind of spicy. The service was great it took at 5 mins for my food to come to me and it was hot and fresh. When I finished my food I ordered ice cream and while I waited I talked to the 2 ladies working up front and they were super helpful. They let me know which blizzards to try, the new blizzards they had and their favorite flavors! It is very rare now a days to get someone that is nice and helpful in fast food restaurants but that wasn't the problem here. This was worth the drive and I only spent $11! Worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. Customer service was horrible. They were complaining about the long line up in the drive through. Not professional at all. On top of that they were out of onion rings so I took the offer of their fries which they didn't refund us for so my boyfriend just took an upgrade. Not to mention the worst part was they literally forgot everything on our order we had to go up 4 times to ask for rest of our order and wasn't until we were leaving that we finally got it. After soccer practice we went through the drive throw for ice cream cones and chicken tenders. It took 30 minutes to go through. If you are a fast food restaurant and can't fill an order fast then you ask the customer to move up and you take it to them when it's finished. Once you are in line there is no way out so we had to wait the 30 minutes to get our food. Ridiculous. Will never go through the drive thru again. read more

There's nothing to complain about with this DQ. It's typical DQ food and treats. The employees work quickly and efficiently. My food is consistently good, just as I ordered it, and just as I would expect. The theater and some sort of sports/recreational center is next to it, so there are often young kids in there coming from soccer practice or whatever. Rather than being noisy/crowded teeny bopper hangout, its actually more of a fun, family friendly type of atmosphere. Food wasn't bad, but the place was awfully dirty. Icecream and other ingredient spills on the floor and around the place. Every table was dirty, and trash was overfilled. Both men & women's restrooms were disgusting, with fesces on the seats. There were 5 visible workers (all who seemed to be teenagers) standing around not doing much, and when asked to clean a table for us to sit, a girl reluctantly cleaned off a table for us and walked back behind the counter. called store at 9:30 to ask what time they closed. the worker hesitantly said 11 so we drove there and then we get there around 9:45 we were the last people they let in before locking the doors. they took down the signs for the time they were open till. then we need to order something else so we went through drive through and waited for over 20 minutes because the people working were taking an order and then completely making it before they took the next one. used to be good but now is just horrible. read more
