We were traveling through the area and one of us wanted to eat here. So we did. I had a cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake. The burger was about like a McD's burger with a very mild cheese on it. Nothing special. Fries were just ok. Again, nothing to write home about. However, the chocolate shake was delicious. Their food and ice cream are toxic and will give you the worst gut ache of your life. They have a sanitation grade of "D." They don't ever clean their soft-serve ice cream machines, thus they are full of harmful bacteria. Keep driving! read more

I am a very picky eater. I like my food they way I like. I get my burgers customized. Coming through this Dairy Queen with my family we all got EXACTLY what we ordered. I am very impressed with the crew here. Even after ordering through the drive thru and of course there were changes in the middle of the order. The crew here got it right. Most DQs I have gone to. The burgers are very greasy and hard to even eat. This was cooked perfectly. Bun was great. Thanks to the crew here for a very enjoyable experience. read more

This Dairy Queen is located at Exit 11 off of I75. It's located on the west side of I75, very convenient from the Highway. The good stuff is that there's a Drive-thru for you highway in-a-hurry ramblers. There is also a large gas station very near & a Walmart for RV folks. The food doesn't always seem to be consistent, sometimes it's better than other times. Also, at the drive Thru ck. Your order as it's not always accurate. They are happy to give "pup-cups" to doggies, a Lil cup of ice cream. Inside, bathrooms are below par. More cleaning & maintenance would definitely help. I love the convenience of this Dairy Queen & I love ice cream, some attn to detail could greatly improve this business, They could have a gold mine here with some elbow grease! read more

My husband and I are on a long overdue vacation. Our first stop for dinner was here. I've been in several restaurants and this was by far a 0 on cleanliness. We were the second set of customers in restaurant. Every table was dirty. The restrooms a mess. Ketchup bottles were empty after going to the fifth table. Our wait for food was fifteen minutes. We sat at our table and watched our first basket of food put up 7 minutes before other under the warmer. During this time, two employees stood in front of warmer talking a five minute conversation. Please remember the dining room was a mess. Food was okay. Not a strong recommendation. read more

Absolute worse Dairy Queen or fast food place I've ever been. Interior stunk, has mold on ceiling tiles, restroom stalls were falling apart. Order a chili dog, they bring me a hot dog and tell me they ran out of chili. Hamburger was microwaved and had no taste, Fries were soggy and cold. Probably the longest wait I've ever had at a fast food restaurant multiplied by four and I didn't even order food, just a blizzard and orange Julius. There were only four employees to man the drive through and counter and people kept streaming in at an off-peak time: 3:10 pm on a Sunday. Still, twenty minutes plus is a long time to wait and it wasn't just me but everyone else that came in this afternoon. (Except for the drive through folks since they had priority). I would have to say this Dairy Queen is very clean and well kept with the fast and friendly service when they bring the food to our table and they always have a smile on there face but I have one problem with it the drive thru is bad I have always had back experience with it when I ordered a bacon cheeseburger there was no bacon on it and it was cold like ice and when I got my M&M blizzard it was already melting when I got it and they didn't even turn it over to make sure it was good or not and other than that its a good restaurant but I would suggest that you go inside and order than go through the drive thru if u want your order done right read more

Stopped there yesterday and had the worst experience. Out of my group of 6, none of our orders were placed correctly, none were fulfilled correctly, and we had to wait about 25 minutes for our food. There were about 15 other people in the restaurant having a similar experience and they weren't even busy. The beverage machine was on of those fancy make-your-own-coke things and it was pretty much out of everything including coke and Diet Coke. The cashier was a teenager who looked like he was trying to dial-in the nuclear launch codes taking my order...having a heck of a time...staggering, slurring speech...my guess was he was on drugs (maybe that's where all the coke went). The person who was the manager (or what I assume to be the manager; as all of the employees looked to be about 17 years old) sent him home while we were waiting on our food resulting in him storming out and gunning his truck out of the parking lot. I was left wondering who owned that place. It looks to be fairly new. Somebody, somewhere spent a bunch of money on that place and runs it like a zookeeper who puts the animals in charge. read more

I have not asked for a refund at a fast food resteraunt until now. Waited over 20 min and my food went out to other patrons. Person running register touched all the food holding chicken tenders in her hands that just touched money and then put thwm back. Gross!! Just keep driving. Not worth it!!! read more
