Ok first of all it was very dirty. Bathrooms definitely need to be cleaned. My grandma went there for a banana split and barely any toppings. And when I ask for more. This girl named Hailey said in a kinda yelling voice "she'll have to pay $2 extra for more toppings" when there was hardly any topping in it. plus barely no filling. Tbh wouldn't recommend. They close at midnight. I came here at 10:45pm, waited in line for 30 minutes. I pulled up to order and they told me "I'm sorry but this location is now closed" at 11:15pm. Confused, because they are suppose to close at midnight. Next thing I see, they are having dominos pizza delivered inside. So we ordered our food through the drive through to come home. I ordered the chicken basket meal only to have my daughter bring it home and someone obviously hire up than the employees decided it's a good idea to put hot fries on the bottom of the chicken in a sealed plastic container. So they made it home with moisture inside and not one fry was edible because they were one lump of soggy mess. I don't usually complain but fast food is getting more and more expensive for someone with no common sense to come up with this packaging. read more

I absolutely do not recommend. I do not know what's going on with this DQ but it needs some major help. I just sat in the drive thru for 25 + minutes after giving someone my money I wasn't checked on or told it'll be a few minutes, nothing. The 3 people in front of me pulled off to the side waiting on their food as well. I watched 4 people leave the drive thru behind me. It was not rush hour or anything. It's 2 in the afternoon. Fast, friendly, clean, good lunch! We were so hungry after a long morning of driving, a bit dizzy from so many sudden roadside choices, yet didn't want to eat pure greasy junk. (Hard to please LOL) I was so pleasantly surprised by Dairy Queen's turkey bacon club on artisan bread. For me, it was perfect. Super filling (thick layer of thinly turkey, extra protein) and zero greasiness. My husband's chicken tender basket was a little disappointing, just small portions for the price, but overall the food was good. read more

We went in to order a Birthday cake for our daughter and we were a little confused on what to order.. Well the General Manager stepped in and kindly explained the difference between to two cakes they offer, he was so kind and very helpful. We decided while we were there we would pay for our cake and order dessert to go .. the GM surprised us and paid for our ice cream !! That was the kindest gesture we have had in a long time ! I have to say, this place blows my mind on how slow it is. This is my 4th time going to this location and every single time it takes almost 30 min to get through the drive through. I've gone inside and it's just as slow. The food is ok but they really need to do something about their process. I saw several cars leave even after ordering cause they couldn't sit in a line and wait that long. Also the fries this time had no salt at all. I realize they be in a hurry but giving your customers saltless fries is not good. I'm just flabbergasted by my experience every time. read more

I was actually surprised it only took about 25 minutes to go through the drive thru. The line moved evenly until we got to the window and then we just sat there for 10 minutes while everyone inside ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. Nobody knew what to do or how to make a blizzard. The manager stood in the corner with his hands behind his back just watching and giving all the employees a death stare, but never offered any advice or tried to help in any way. I've been to several other DQ's and they all have the Moolatte but this one didn't have a clue what I was talking about when I ordered it so I got a caramel chip frappe which was basically milk with caramel sauce mixed in and chocolate chips. No coffee at all. No ice. No soft serve ice cream. It was just caramel milk. The extreme chocolate blizzard with oreos was missing the fudge that makes the ice cream chocolaty. The regular oreo blizzard was perfect though. The potato skins were ice cold. They weren't the least bit warm and they weren't cooked all the way. The pretzel sticks were soft and hot but the queso cheese sauce that came with it was just a weird combination. It would be much better with cheddar cheese sauce. The cheese curds are delicious and were freshly cooked both times I have ordered them. I contemplated going in to have things fixed, but it had gotten much busier with the line to the door and the cars were now in the street so I opted to call when I got home. The manager agreed to replace the blizzard and the potato skins but wouldn't replace the caramel milk, I mean the caramel chip frappe because "we could have drank it already." Ummm ok, whatever. I went back the next day and got those replaced. I went inside this time so there wouldn't be any misunderstanding but it took longer to go in than it would have to go through the drive thru. It was a madhouse in there with employees not really knowing what to do and other employees lost, walking around trying to find where to take the food. I understand it's a new place with all new employees but this was a whole new level of confusion. The potato skins were much better and the blizzard was awesome, until I got just a little over halfway finished with it and it was just vanilla ice cream. But hey, I got a ton of chocolate in the first part of it so I was satisfied. The plain cheese burger looked like someone sat on it but it tasted good and was hot, but expensive for a basic small burger at $2.39. I didn't like the waded up pile of dirty napkins they put in the bag though. When I finally got back to the car, my other son had changed his mind and called to ask me to get him something, so back in line in the drive thru which was fine because it was the perfect amount of time for us to eat. This cheese burger looked a lot better but I ordered a large cheese curd and it was the same size as the one the day before. this time I pulled into the Oncue parking lot next to a vacuum and called to ask about the size and the guy knew exactly what I was talking about because he said it was only half an order and the other half was sitting there. He asked if I was close by so I told him where I was and he had someone bring them out to me. This is a new place with a lot of hiccups but once it settles down, I think it will greatly improve. I had to call a few different DQ's to get the phone number to this one (at the time the internet wasn't cooperating on my phone so I couldn't Google). It's not even listed on the main site yet. Dairy Queen for a birthday dinner?! YES! My son wanted to go to Dairy Queen to celebrate his 8th birthday and I'm so glad he did! We got our food (12 meals) quickly, they were correct and it was all delicious! The general manager Michael Klause heard it was his birthday and pulled out all the stops! The kids got free blizzards and then he topped it off with a free birthday cake and helped sing Happy Birthday! They made a simple dinner on my sons birthday a fun birthday experience!!! My family and I came for ice cream. All the ice cream was served promptly and delicious. The staff was friendly and the building was clean.

My 8yo got to choose where he wanted to have dinner for his birthday and he choose DQ. I was wondering how it would work with 10 adults crammed into a small fast food place. Well we were able to claim the back 1/2 of the store. The general manager, Mike, was there and came over to check on us. He heard it was my son's birthday and he went above and beyond to make sure he had a great night. The food was quick and correct and he made sure to take care of the kids! They sang happy birthday with us, they couldn't have made it a better night. Thank you DQ staff! read more

Wow i dont even know where to begin. Ive ate at many Dairy Queens in my lifetime and i have to say this one is by far the worst one ever. Lets just say I just moved to Tuttle,ok. Was out and about looking around. Me, my wife, my son and grandma, we all got a lil hungry and saw Dairy Queen. We decided to stop and get something to eat. My grandma saw the happy hour sign and wanted something from that. So we went in. We went up to order and ask the kid what time happy hour was from and till and whats on it. To our surprise HE DIDNT EVEN KNOW YALL HAD A HAPPY HOUR OR WHAT WAS ON IT. He ask if he could go ask his manager we said yes please HE NEVER CAME BACK. We finally got our food ordered and decided we wanted to get gift cards for my son for Christmas. We asked for a manager 5times because we wanted it done right. The girl had no clue what a gift card was or even had to do it. Than left us standing there. Came back and said her manager told her earlier that day and she was going to try. Even tho we kept asking for a manager. We go sit to wait for our food and when we finally got the food IT WAS COLD. Like it had been sittin waiting for hours. I finally had enough of your shit so i went to get the corporate number to call and nobody knew what corporate was or there number. The girl left me standing there AGAIN. Than some lady asked if she could help and asked what was wrong and when i told her everything she said she wish we woulda asked for a manager HELLO WE ASKED FOR HER 10 times.. Good place to eat, I have never had any problem with the quality of the food or the service at this location. I would much rather eat here at (DQ) than any Braums stores (they cook their meat on their burgers at DQ unlike Braums) , I don't know if that's because this place is so good or if it's because Braums is that bad??!!
