A few curds of feta were spotted, a couple of flecks of red pepper, too, and a few loose chick peas and navy beans. Unfortunately, no quinoa - the SECOND item on the ingredient list. Actually, one errant grain was stuck to the side of the bowl. That's it. Two sachets of dressing appeared with the menu item, as well as a packet of croutons (another unlisted item). Expectation: a chicken and quinoa salad. Reality: a lettuce salad with chicken on top. Bland overall. Service was brusque. I paid in cash and needed to ASK for the change from my bill. Wendy's Morrisville, you are way off your game. Is staff morale poor? Is training inadequate? Is quinoa a mystery to the food preparers? I hope these issues are solved.
