On Feb 26th, 2026 we ordered the new seasonal Mint Crunchin' cookie dipped cone. Service was quick at 8:40 pm. Food court ambiance. It wasn't the best assembled dipped cone by the looks but I thought it was tasty. The mint really comes through in the flavoring. My sister thought it was just okay tasting but after paying over $6.48 for a small dipped cone, ($5.79 + 12% taxes) she wouldn't buy this again. I don't think this is specific to this location ( The food terrace at Richmond Centre ) as I believe all the pre packaged items come from a distribution centre- not made in store. Service was ok, I ordered a Fudge Nut bar ( Buster Bar I guess is the correct name again ) and a Dilly bar for my husband. He thought that the Dilly bar was a lot smaller then they used to be. I thought mine was roughly the same size, but it had NO fudge in it ! ( see photo ) That was the only reason I ordered it. I was so disappointed! Dairy queen recently released a mobile app for deals so I decided to check it out. I was close by Richmond Centre and headed to Dairy Queen for dessert after lunch. It's actually a small kiosk conveniently located inside the food court at the center of the dining area. Service was fast. At the time, the store was staffed by two fast moving elder ladies. There were three customers ahead of me but the line moved fast. When i showed the staff my Dairy Queen app, they knew exactly how to input the coupon. i ordered my Strawberry Cheesecake Mini sized Blizzard without fuss. Within 1-2 minutes i got my blizzard. I haven't had a blizzard since last summer and i thought it was delicious as i remembered. The cheesecake blizzard was not runny and quite solid. They even did the upside-down test when they served it to me. I like how it got a bit of extra ice cream over the rim of the bowl. DQ's cheesecake Blizzard is richly flavored with plenty of real strawberries, Strawberry syrup, and cheesecake pieces in every bite. It was gone so fast since it was only mini sized. Overall, good location but DQ is just a tad too expensive if paying regular price otherwise i would come back more often. Gotta say, Dairy Queen makes REALLY damn good ice cream desserts! Giving 4 stars based on this visit. By the way, not sure what's with all the negative comments in the other reviews...but if you just come for their blizzard ice cream, it should be safe. If the the two same fast elder ladies are still working there, it's a good sign! read more

The carrot apple celery juice and the carrot beet apple juice were both watery (the bits of fruits floated on the top of the drink). It was a rip-off for $7.99. Also, the server did not wash her hands and the food thoroughly (it was just a few seconds). This was critical because she cut the fruits with her hands just before they were in the juicer. Moreover, the lid was faulty (when I drank the beverage, it leaked) so my pants were stained. The quality of the drinks and the plastic cups/lids were below standard. read more

My kids were alright with it and I was eager to leave the mall, so I didn't bother complaining. Sorry this has to be the worst chili dog in the mall. Maybe in Richmond. The wiener was old and dried and wrinkly. I was watching them make it. They were training a new staff member but they don't even know how to make one properly. Hardly any chili and they asked if I wanted relish and ketchup on it? The bun wasn't even steamed so the bread was dry. I did get mustard with it but the the whole thing really wasn't edible and I know and love my hotdogs! C'mon Dairy Queen. I've had decent chili dogs from other locations in the past but this took the cake. Maybe I'll just stick to getting ice cream from this location which would be a 3 star. We ordered 6 blizzards and they were all fine except for mine. I asked for a mini cookie dough and they came out with a mini peanut butter cookie dough. UGH. When the server said my order I looked so confused because that's not what I ordered. She didn't even think that there was a confusion until I said I didn't order that one and then finally said to remake it for me. Actually, 2 of the blizzards were quite runny and the server noticed it so she quickly rectified it and gave us 5 coupons for a small blizzard. Ordering was slow, service was slower and not paying attention to what I ordered slowed this down even more. I enjoy DQ every now and then but please listen to the customers orders to keep the line moving and not keep coming back to remake orders. read more

Avoid this DQ location at all costs. The staff are rude, incompetent and don't seem to know how to make ANY of the items on the menu. I headed to the counter on a sunny Tuesday afternoon, and decided to order a Cappuccino Moolatte. The lady behind the counter (she wasn't wearing a name tag, so I don't know her name) ignored me, and when I tried to signal my attention, she told me to wait in a very rude manner. I had to stand there for over 5 minutes while she did dipped every single Dilly Bar on her tray into chocolate. I would understand if she was doing these tasks before the store opened, but it was the middle of the afternoon! She should have just finished making the one Dilly Bar, and then come to the counter to take my order. Instead she slowly finished her task, and then glanced coolly at me, like, "Now that I'm ready, you can order." Making the customer wait is just bad business sense. But having come all the way, I placed my order. The lady then took her sweet time getting the order made, and gave me the sloppiest, ugliest, messiest moolatte I've ever seen. She didn't even bother to blend the whole thing right. There were large chunks of crushed ice floating around the cup (like the spawn of the iceburg that sunk the Titanic). There was syrup messily splattered on the inside and outside of the cup. AND, when I took a sip...the milkshake was so freaking thick that nothing came up the straw. I literally had to wait 15 minutes for the shake to melt enough so that it could come up my straw. And the lady behind the counter didn't even put any whipped cream or chocolate drizzle on my milkshake. I would be more understanding about the mistake if there were lines of customers impatiently waiting, but there was only me (and I waited very patiently when another customer might have gotten more upset). This isn't even the first time I've experienced bad service at this location. It seems to be the norm at this location, if the other Yelp reviews are anything to go by. read more

Ask the staff before having the waffle bowl sundaes. I had a stall one and it was over 2 days old. Bad customer service even at the start with the counter staff down to ight discussion with manger on site.
