Depending on who you get as your cashier will change your whole experience here. I was starving and decided to pull over to this lovely location. Fatima took my order and when I arrive to the window she didn't repeat it back to me or say hello. My receipt was correct but when I arrived home I realized I had a chicken sandwich instead of a burger. At that point I started thinking I ordered something the wrong way that upset her, or she was having a bad day. Either way, bad customer service. Hopefully everyone can learn a trick or two from Tina! She was great! read more

It was once a good place for drive thru. I understand the older lady retired or is retiring. I went on 06/03/2021 in the evening. Kids are now running the place it appears. Ordered a steak finger basket and a double meat burger. Steak basket had no Texas toast. Oh wait! Found it at the bottom of the bag, flattened and raw. Not in the box/ basket. The burger tasted like it had mop water or chemicals in the meat. 30 years going to this place has now ended. Not recommended. Very bad. read more

I love this location the lady that runs it I've known her since I was 16 years old and every time me and my husband go in there it is such a delight for her to be there and when she's there everything runs completely smooth I usually either get one of the baskets or the burritos are delicious and so are their tacos. read more

When I went to Dairy Queen the manager was screaming at the kids, they looked over worked and tired. I myself was a kid once and worked fast food I understand the pressure that they are under. Manager needs to value kids work more, besides that service was great and my food was good. Only thing that need work was the manager, she needs to not go as hard on the kids because it isn't there full time career. Kids seem hard workers, if the kids see this review keep up the good work. You know Dairy Queen is just one of those Southern treats. Their burgers are good with lots of onions (hope you like them that way). Dip cones are my indulgence! But I think what makes this DQ stand apart is it's management. They are always super courtesy! Probably the nicest DQ I've ever been to. Additionally the staff were all very professional and friendly and the restaurant was very clean - you could tell the employees took pride in working there. The food was served fresh and hot which was a nice change from your usual pre-made fast food fare. My DQ fav is "the Dude" which is a chicken fried steak sandwich and this location executed it well! If I was back in Pasadena again I would seek out this location. read more
