Had the little cheese burger loaded up with grilled jalapeños! Fresh and crunchy vegetables! Hot and cheesy burger, makes for a great combo! The little Cajun fries had the perfect amount of seasoning, were hot, and delicious! I dip my fries in malt vinegar that is provided and it's a whole different vibe! Everything at 5 guys is made with very fresh ingredients and you can tell by the taste but the employees were also very knowledgeable and let us know as well. I go to Five Guys League city on occasio. I only go there because they are nice. However, my experience with them today was very unpleasan. I ordered 2 hamburgers. which should have been regular 1 patty burgers. what was on the receipt was 1 #1 & 1 #2. when i called the General Manager was very rude. Charles (GM) told me that I ordered 2 small burgers with cheese. Char was so rude I hung up on him. I called back a little later, and Charles answered again. This time he told me I ordered 2 hamburger. The receip on the bag said 1 #1 & 1 #2. This General Manager was very rude & would not even let me speak. I told I'll never step foot in this over priced place. I simply just went there because they were nice & keep the place clean. Crazy expensive. Four hamburger meals for $70??? Our meal took forever to prepare and nothing was said to us about why it was taking so long. I'm extremely disappointed that you removed the standard soda machine and replaced it with the substandard flavored freestyle machine. I used to love the soda -- it always tasted great. Especially cocoa cola. I won't be visiting again until this changes. I was excited to get a burger but actually turned around and walked out once I saw this new soda machine. Please fix it. After a recommendation from a friend, I decided to give 5 guys a try. Visited on a Tuesday at 7:00pm. Not too busy, just saw 2 other customers inside the dining room. Menu was pretty straightforward. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 cheeseburger, and 1 order of a medium fries. Was pretty floored when they told me the cost!?!? Close to $50!!!! After opening the burgers, noticed it was double patty, which shocked me because it didn't say double burger on the menu? That's probably why the price was so high...The burgers and fries were good I must say, but not good enough to warrant the cost...This first visit will probably be my last as I can definitely find similar burger places at a lower cost. read more

This was my first time in Five Guys in years! And it was exactly how I remembered it. Better quality beef than most fast food burger spots. And you can add all different types of toppings for free. Bag filled with delicious fries. No need to get more than a small fry here unless you want to be eating fries for the next few days. The shakes here are pretty good too. Told her my name and I was there for an online order and she yelled my name to the back then just walked away. When I got the bag of food my fries were legit thrown in the bag and my boyfriends order was wrong. I'm really torn about how many stars to give this place. I'm going with three only because I am having a really hard time trying to justify four. The staff at this specific location (FM 646/I-45) are very friendly and competent. The burgers here are good but not great. The good news is that you can add all the toppings you want for no extra cost. The problem with that is if you add too many toppings, I personally think it takes away from the flavor of the burger because all you taste if grilled onions or mushrooms...or both, like I did. So you might be thinking, well then take away some of the toppings. I agree to a point. I just don't think their meat has that much flavor alone, hence the three stars. Honestly, this is one of those reviews where I really wish I could award 3.5 stars because I don't think 3 is enough but 4 is slightly generous. Whatever...you get the point. TIP: Just so you know, the little burger is a single patty and a regular burger is two patties. I little burger isn't really that little after all and eating too many two patties will make you a fatty. See what I did there? Oh, and our family of four split a large fry. Their fry orders are HUGE. We probably brought home a pound of fries and heated them in the oven the next day on a pizza stone. I usually don't write a review on the places I eat at unless I really need to. My family and I went to Five Guys tonight because my daughter wanted to check it out. I was not to excited to go because of what my friends told me about this place. Well by the time we finished our food we were not pleased with the hamburgers we had. First, it was like $50 bucks for three hamburgers (very expensive) and second our hamburgers were small with no taste. I'm sorry but if you want a real good hamburger go to Beyond Burger or T Bone Toms...heck go to Whataburger. It's the last time we'll be coming here. read more

Major disappointment. I had high hopes based on Yelp reviews of locations in Houston. The young woman who took my order got it wrong (added mayo instead of jalapeno), and the kitchen compounded the problem by adding an ingredient that wasn't requested(raw onion). Add that to the fact the top of the bun fell apart after about two bites adds up to a pretty lousy burger experience. They are generous with fries, and their fries are pretty good. I'll have to go back, maybe they just need to work the bugs out. They haven't been open very long. read more

I got greeted by two people who only spoke slang and Ebonics. the guys cooking my food seemed drunk and kept saying "ooooo-weeeee" while making our order. I placed the order over the phone and the guy said 7 minutes. it's been 17 minutes and my order is still not done. the lock on the men's restroom also doesn't work, so people walk in on you as you are taking a leak and all you can say is "sorry. the lock doesn't work." get your stuff together five guys. So far, they haven't disappointed. I'm a die-hard Five Guys lover from VA and walking in the first day of business reminded me of my former home. I have been to eat weekly since they've opened - at least 5-6 times - and my order has never been wrong nor have they run out of any ingredient. I can see how that would happen as they're new and always seem busy! Lately I have been ordering the hot dog and sometimes wish I had ordered two (because it's so darned tasty!), until I remind myself that I have plenty of fries. The grilled cheese is perfect. Five Guys - League City FM 646 and your App is taking peoples money, giving you an ETA for food pick-up only to go and be waved off by 3+ employees yelling "We're Closed". We made this order in the Lowes parking lot BEHIND the store for an ASAP pick-up. This is not as if we were late to pick-up. When your staff can't be bothered to open a door and see why someone is knocking and trying to tell you it was an order that is WRONG. Also refusing to pick up the phone ringing is WRONG. Also taking payment and not providing what was ordered and paid for is WRONG. There is ZERO way to cancel this order or get a refund and when your staff can't walk 20 feet to the door to talk to someone or be bothered with picking up the phone that is ringing is shameful. The app should be shut down if stores are closing early, so this doesn't happen to other people. Waiting for a refund, customer service complaint issued and left a voicemail at the store asking for a refund. This really gives your company a bad reputation. read more
