As a long time patron of this particular location, I have to say the manager, Drake truly went above and beyond to rectify an issue I had with a previous order that was incorrect. Not only did I get a phone call apologizing for the mishap, but I got a free remake of the order AND two free sub coupons to use another time! Love this place eat here often. We leave is always clean and they always have eneoughbstaff even when it's busy you aren't waiting long. Can't believe this and subway are competitors. They are night and day The sandwhiches are so fresh meat cut right in front of you. I get it mikes way which has oil and seasoning. I've tried most of the sandwhich but pretty much stick with the number 8 which is a club with out roast beef. The Philly is pretty good as well. Try the root beer here even if you don't like root beer you will love theirs. read more

Love this place!! Without a doubt the best location to go to. I went in there tonight and Laney and Arlene were there. They both greeted me with a smile and friendly welcome. The establishment was clean and they made my sandwich in a timely manner. They also reminded me about being a Mikes member so I could earn my points since I always forget when I come in lol. I haven't been to the el dorado location but I have been to the Spencer highway in deer park and I will say it was umm ok so I guess three stars is good for what I ordered. Although I wish the would said they put mayo on a Philly cheesesteak .. 1. I'm a New York native that moved to Texas and know Philly cheesesteaks in Philly look like and this was not it.. it was nothing like an actual Philly cheese. I was unexpressed by said sandwich and I don't use mayo at all just vinegar and olive oil along with the grilled onions,bell peppers,red peppers, along with meat lettuce olives and pickles.. yes pickles they hit with the cheesesteak . I just wanted to give a huge compliment to the staff working this afternoon at the Jersey Mikes on El Dorado. Nathan, Matthew and Sierra genuinely provided the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I was blown away by their friendliness not only with customers but with each other also. These three employees deserve recognition. Walked in and ordered and paid for my food. Watched 6 other people walk in behind me and place their orders and then watched those 6 people pay and get their food before they even started my order. When it was ready, they tried to charge me again. After I informed them that I already paid, the guy just shoved my food at me with an attitude. That really pissed me off. So I told him that I was aware that they chose to serve everyone behind me in line first, to which the guy replied "Hey, at least we finally got it to you". Complained to their corporate website. No response. I used to go there at least once a week since they opened. I'm not returning until they apologize. read more

Horrible customer service experience. Selectively honors coupons for grand opening. Employee didn't explain why the coupon didn't work and threw coupon in the trash but used same coupon for another customer. It wouldn't have been an issue if the reason why the coupon wouldn't work would have been explained, would have been happy to pay full price. But coupon was thrown away and we were told they didn't know why it wasn't working and did we want the food or not. We paid and left. Not coming back. The food was bussing (amazing) and the drink options were wonderful. The music they played made me want to start busting moves it just felt like i was with my friends and we were chilling eating amazing subs and sipping on amazing pink lemonade. The workers were amazing and super nice. I recommend this place to everyone. 20/10 read more

What a joke! I walked in and the staff were all wearing masks, however, one young man behind the counter was wearing his below the nose, and at some point it slid below his top lip. If you're incapable of wearing a mask correctly, chances are you're incapable of making a sandwich. When this young man cut my $9.45 sandwich in half, he failed to cut the sandwich all the way through so when I got home I had to finish cutting the sandwich in half. Our second sandwich, the American Classic #3, was a big mess. The genius that put this sandwich together, when he sliced the bread horizontally the top piece was around 80% thick and the bottom piece around 20% thick. My wife was unable to eat the bottom piece of bread because it was completely soggy with dressing. Wow! A sandwich place that can't make a sandwich! This place has great ingredients, fresh and delicious. It's too bad no one at this location is smart enough to put those ingredients together in an acceptable way. read more

Good cold subs. I'm not a fan of the hot subs. Disappointed online order experience. Ordered two sandwiches. Arrived to pickup. Not ready. Okay. Wait 10 minutes. "Sorry, we don't have any roast beef." They couldn't tell me that when I asked for my order? They couldn't call my cell phone when they received my order to ask if I want something else? I change the order and wait another 15 minutes for them to make the replacement sandwich. WAAAAY too long. I could have been through the walk-in line twice in the time it took them to make the replacement sandwich. And complaining did nothing to expedite the process. It could be growing pains as they only opened a week ago, but they are going to have to improve their service if they expect to keep my business. The only reason I didn't give a lower rating is that I was trying to allow for their new opening learning curve. The young man who had to deal with me was very apologetic and pleasant under the stress, and reassured him it wasn't his fault as he was doing all he could to expedite the process with the people making sandwiches who seemed disinterested in listening to him. read more
