That's about where it fell apart. The menu had some pretty cool sounding things on it - and being a "fusion" restaurant, there was some variety. From gyros to hummus, ramen to Pad Thai, and burgers to tortas. Settled for the Pad Thai and the falafel. Both were mediocre. The plates were filled and spilling over... the noodles were soggy and lacking in flavor. Way too much food also. I probably won't return.

Perhaps inform the unsuspecting hungry customer that your menu isn't available- on Yelp or on your website. I mean, it's a bar after all, I suppose, and not a restaurant. And this'll teach me to read the dates on all those food reviews on Yelp! (It looked like a great place to hang and shoot some pool and listen to decent music. Extremely disappointing first experience at Freddy's…read more My father, my daughter, and I decided to try Freddy's for the very first time, and unfortunately, it will probably be our last. We ordered two adult meals with two milkshakes and a kids meal, spending around $40. We received our food, got back on the road, and by the time we were already miles away from the restaurant, we realized they completely forgot one of our cheeseburgers. So one person was left without their actual meal. Even before discovering that, the customer service had already left a bad impression. When I received my milkshake, I had to ask for whipped cream. The employee's reaction was honestly shocking. She looked visibly irritated that we even asked, gave us a look that made us feel like we were inconveniencing her, and then carelessly splattered some whipped cream on top. I understand people have bad days and working in food service isn't always easy, but customers shouldn't be made to feel unwelcome for simply asking for something that comes with what they ordered. People are spending their hard-earned money at your establishment. There should be some level of care put into both the food and the way customers are treated. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable--we just wanted the food we paid for and decent customer service. Instead, we were left miles down the road with a $40 receipt, a missing cheeseburger, and fries and onion rings sitting untouched in the bag because the entire experience made us lose our appetite. For our family's very first experience with Freddy's, this was incredibly disappointing. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was terrible.
