I'd give this trip to Dairy Queen about 2 stars. We ordered three items and one was a small banana split Blizzard, and it showed up already melting out the sides with ice cream basically pooled halfway up the lid. I asked if they could just transfer it into a bigger cup so it wouldn't make a mess in my car, but that didn't really go anywhere. They had me pull forward and brought out a replacement, which I appreciated, but it was still pretty melted. Blizzards are kind of known for being thick enough to flip upside down, and this one definitely wouldn't have passed that test. It just felt sloppy and not what you expect. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely one of the weaker Blizzards I've had lately. read more

I/2 price milkshakes on Mondays! Who can say no? Also enjoyed a Misty Freeze (blue raspberry) on another visit. We usually prefer local places, but no one around us does dips anymore except the DQ! Vanilla dipped in chocolate is our go-to choice. read more

This is yet another DQ that doesn't work with the company's app and doesn't use their point system. The teenage cashier had never heard of the app or knew about the points. Another teenage employee said, "Oh, we never do that." DQ NEEDS TO ENFORCE THE POINTS AND APPS OR LOSE CUSTOMERS. read more

Arrived at 9:37pm on a Friday evening. Although the open sign was lit up and the hours posted said they closed at 10:00, the door was locked. Employees were inside but wouldn't unlock the door.At least turn your sign off! read more

Nice, newer looking location on the end cap in a Publix strip mall. Clean inside. Employees very polite. Not lightning speed, but decent speed of service. Food, drinks, and kids dipped cones with their meals were perfectly fine. Would come back again if craving DQ. read more

The sign on the door invites you to download the app and the perks of having the app yet they don't allow you to order online and not only can you not use point here but you can't earn them either. Food hot, fries were nice and crispy and burger surprisingly good. my wife and I saw a commercial for Blizzards and decided to take the drive to our local DQ, wait patiently in a very slow line to order two medium Blizzards and pull to the window. Then was told that one we had already order wasn't available and when I started to question why tell me that now , was told they had it and it would be $11.54 for the two Medium Blizzards. I gave her twelve dollars and she just looked at me and told me I needed $.54 more cents to complete the order, my reply was no you should give me 0.46 changes. Finally brought the Blizzards back to the window and I asked those are medium, reply no I ordered mini's , show the receipt and then was told to pull to the stop sign. We waited 25 minutes and I called the store 949-4816 and asked for the manager. no manger on duty tonight, the guy answering the phone reply he was in charge. Explain we were still waiting at the stop sign and he apologized and said he would started making the one missing BlIzard now. Told him to forget it just refund me for one Blizzard . Thirty two minutes later I was refund 5.38 . Question who owns this DQ and who is the manager?? This is a proper way to run a business and treat customers?? read more

my daughter and i went in to dairy queen 12/26/20 my daughter placed her order ms trorie took her money touched the register fixed her blonde her back behind her ear but never washed her hand i continue to watch her not once did she OR any other or the workers ever washed there hands they continued to touch every thing , ms torie was handling the cup with both her dirty hands. and touching the rim . I told my daughter that was just to nasty in this age and time of covid them workers are going to get someone sick. I just got disgusted and my daughter asked for her to make a new one but with glove on or to wash her hands torie said she cant do them with gloves, but then she had an attitude ... got the whole crews attention because the other 4 guys came to the counter they must of thought it was a joke. they dont know the dairy queen policy ''Please know that all DQ restaurants and their teams follow our everyday cleaning and sanitation practices that meet or exceed local, state, provincial and government standards. This is the most PATHETIC excuse for an ice cream shop I have ever seen in my entire life! I went into this place which was empty except for 3 employees. Nobody greeted me, nobody asked "can I help you?," nothing! They all were just staring out the window and ignoring me. I walked up to the register which had a girl behind it, staring at me blankly. So I said I wanted two waffle bowl sundaes and asked what the ice cream flavors were. The girl looks behind her to another girl who then turns around and tries to find it on the menu board. Little did I know the flavors she was reading off were just toppings, not ice cream flavors. I could barely hear her as she talked and its like she could barely form a sentence that made sense, so I remained confused. I saw they had a ice cream cabinet which had a few unlabeled flavors, so i asked about that. They ice cream there was clearly melted and the girl said I could have it but it wouldnt be good. Once i figured out that the only ice cream they had was either vanilla, chocolate, or swirl soft serve, i made my order. The girl at the register finally opened her mouth and talked for the first time to give me my total which was $12 (i got a small vanilla cup also.) She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. I was given a credit card slip with only the total on it, so I dont even know how much I paid for each item or if they overcharged me or not. So unprofessional... Once I got my order.. It the bowl was soooo small compared to the picture and there was barely any ice cream in it.. They were very stingy with the ice cream amount. It was a total rip off and the only reason I didnt ask for my money back is cause i promised my family ice cream and didnt want to search out another place. read more

We went to get 2 medium chocolate malts before game time on Sunday and went thru the driveup. After waiting some time, a girl came to the window and (laughingly) said she forgot what flavor we wanted. We told her we were in a hurry and wanted both chocolate. Then after some time, a different girl gave us only ONE chocolate malt. We said we ordered two and she said she didn't hear that (that along with the flavor, too, I guess). After some time, we got the second one. As soon as I went to put it in the holder, I told my husband, "This one is not the same size". Sure enough, even though we paid for 2 mediums, we got one small one and one medium. Needless to say, I pulled over and went inside the store and complained to the young man working inside. He was so unpleasant and begrudgingly made me the medium I paid for and demanded I give him the small one back. Just so rude....and not apologetic at all. The people here have a really good time amongst themselves but those three have a bad attitude and do not focus on GOOD customer service. **** I caution customers to go inside and ask to see the size of the cup you are paying for. as soon as we walked in one of the young ladies started complaining " i was just about to clock out and now i gotta stay cause people are coming in" really? when will people realize that customers can hear them - you should never talk about customers, coworkers etc where customers can hear you! the place could use some cleaning for sure, maybe instead of clocking out early she shouldve been cleaning.
