Food was okay and smoothie was more like an icee. The staff are very nice, food and smoothie's were just not what I prefer.

I just love Tropical Smoothie, they are so much more than just a smoothie shop (which I never realized until I actually tried it). Their food is actually so good, I am especially a fan of the flatbreads and quesadillas. I get the chipotle chicken club nearly every time because it's so hard to pass up and I wish I had gotten it if I happen to choose something else. Plus, it's not just junk food, you're actually helping your body out by eating here! Everything tastes good and also makes your belly happy because it's fueling it instead of harming it! I really like this location too because there is an adorable outdoor patio where you can hang out and relax. The workers have always been nice in my experience, sometimes they are a bit loud and obnoxious in the back, but it's mostly a bunch of younger kids/ teens so that's almost expected. Overall, Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite places to eat. There are truly no bad options here, in my opinion. read more

This is my top choice for smoothies. Great customer service, I guess I would consider myself a regular since I'm on a first name basis with some of the staff. The Triple Berry oat is one of my favorite smoothies, not only are you getting nutrition from the fruit and veggies. The vitamins, flaxseed, and oats are a plus. I normally ask for avocado instead of whey protein. The Triple berry oat smoothie is considered a superfood smoothie, reasonably priced around $5.50. read more

They have made their inside smaller for customers but I believe that they have made an overall better store. We decided to visit this location since we were only a few blocks away and I'm glad we did! Everyone was very friendly and patient. Food and smoothie were good and I order from this location but today I ordered online. I arrived 10 mins early but then waited 45 mins before I got my food (which did not include the smoothies). Then had to wait an additional 25 mins for two smoothies, while other people who ordered after myself in store got their food and smoothies before mine. We hit Tropical Smoothie last Saturday just before closing time for smoothies (no eats). Although it was close to closing, the staff was personable and efficient. In just a couple of minutes we had three smoothies and were on our way. We had a Blimey Limey, Raspberry Rush, and Rockin' Raspberry. I am a bit ambivalent about smoothie chains in general, and don't get the deal with some of the extra ingredients (fat burning smoothies? how about a glass of water and a long walk, instead?). Ordered smoothies from this location and although the wait was a lil long, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. I had ordered a jetty punch with an add on of pineapple and ordered a Bahama mama. When order was ready, asked the girl in the front with blue hair wearing an arm brace if the jetty punch had the added pineapple to make sure. Her response was I think so ( mind you, she is the one who took the order ) and went to go check in the back if it was added ( the back was divided by a half wall and baskets lined up the top with chips so you couldn't really see the staff ) instead of coming up front to where I was standing, she yelled across and said yes that it was added. Tasted the jetty punch and you could tell nothing was added. The place def needs a clean up crew to come in.. the ceilings/vent were dirty. Love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location- the best one we have been to... They are always packed, but get orders correct every time and serve food fast. This location has a really cute outdoor seating area that allows you to people watch, but also indoor seating. If there is a line you will take a number and they will serve your table outside, so it's worth being ready to give them a tip if you eat outdoors even though it's still 'fast food'. The smoothie was good but the Baja chicken bowl was awful. The ingredients seemed old and some of the lettuce was slimy. They took it back and gave me a sandwich instead. Ordered through the app for curbside pickup (I have a newborn) and me having just given birth I relied not having to get my order myself but I had to do exactly that after waiting in my car for almost twenty minutes for ONE smoothie?! After seeing literally 8 customers being served smoothies and food as they went in and out the place I went inside to see why they're taking so long when I was here before everyone else when a rude cashier lady said I needed to call but I informed her and showed her proof that no where does it say that in which she said there is a banner out side and in her own words "call next time" as she walked away. The food is good. The guy at the front counter is nice, but the girl cooking needs a serious attitude adjustment! I placed an online order and got to the store just a few minutes later. I followed the instructions on the app and asked where to pick up online orders when I got in. The gentleman behind the counter said he'd check the order. When he asked the girl putting the food together, she rudely yelled "SHE ORDERED FOUR MINUTES AGO! IT ISN'T READY!" I've worked in the hospitality industry my entire life.
