Happens to be the best of both worlds cause my husband always wants Mexican food and I always want Asian! It was a Monday night so only 2-3 other parties inside. The place has a fun atmosphere and lots of table games which was great for our 3 kids. The food was awesome! We ordered the monster platter to try a little of everything. I loved the sushi taco! The only problem was a bit too much heat from jalapeños. We had the egg rolls as appetizer, they were crunchy and yummy and served with a cooling dipping sauce. He had unsweet ice tea, nice and fresh and I had a Coke Zero. The Coke Zero came in a can and when I went to buy a second, the owner would have none of it. Gave me a second one. I attempted to put $ in the tip jar for it and he politely refused , 'my place, my rules. It's a blessing to serve you, both.' The menu is quite extensive and we'll go back! The bowls looked appealing! Also there's ice cream but we didn't partake.

I heard that the double whataburger is the right move because it balances all the flavors the perfect amount, and since we got the single, I could see where a 2nd patty would be the right call. We also got a vanilla milkshake & it was delicious. Funny enough we actually ordered a chocolate shake, but instantly regretted it. The waitress brought the onion rings after about a 30 minute wait. The order was a huge order but very dark and over fried. After the first few bites by each of the party, it had so much breading, you just couldn't eat them and no one did. The catfish plates immediately followed the onion rings which was disappointing as well. But the onion rings were so awful that it didn't matter. Our plates were delivered and expecting 2 nice pieces of catfish, each of us had 3-4 pieces of small over fried fish. I don't recall such a horrible meal ever. The onion rings were brought to the attention of the waitress and she just said the cook was new and not very good. Most of the waitresses were teenage girls with very little training and basically just shrugged it off. Needless to say, I will never step into this restaurant again and to be quite honest, fail to understand how it can remain operating ! Looking at the very sparse number of diners, it may be an indication on the direction of this restaurant.
