We tried Leon's for the first time last weekend. The hostess staff definitely needs some training on actually hosting people. We arrived and waited over 10 mins before we were acknowledged. Once they were ready to seat us the girl asked "will you be leaving by 630?" Considering it was almost 5 pm my response was "I guess it depends on how quickly the kitchen and staff move..." The food was decent. Not great, but not terrible. My husband said their wings were actually really good. Our kiddo got a burger and said it was average. I ordered their "nachos" which are just potato chips with toppings. They were just okay. Considering this place has been open for years and we just went last weekend, I don't think we'd return on the simple fact they're charging nearly $4 for a soda and we felt like the food portions were small for the price. I got the fried bologna sandwich with tots and wife got the pulled pork sandwich with tots. I love tots, but these were not good tots, outside was crunchy but the inside was oddly chewy, not a lot of potato. Wife and I split sandwiches. Fried bologna was an inch thick with sweet pickles and onions - simply put it was ok but flat. Family from east coast, bologna did not have a great taste, hard to explain other than flat. Leon's doesnt post this but you need to know: table reservations are required if you are there for the music. We met friends from Grove City there on Friday night to see the band. They drove 40 minutes and were shocked to learn we had to wait for a cancellation or a table to turn. We sat at the bar instead. Food 99/10 Service 99/10 Acoustics 3/10 Between the four of us we had the pulled pork sandwich, buffalo chicken wrap, house salad with pork and brisket added, pizza, wings, skillet chocolate chip cookie allamode, peanut butter pie allamode. We 100% agreed we will return. Josie was our delightful server/bartender. She was happy to make great recommendations, kept the beers coming and always smiled. Meats are smoked in house. The wings were smoked then deep fried, served with a dry rub or sayce on the side. So good! The pulled pork was super moist and flavorful with a minimum amount of fat that needed to be discarded. The buffalo chicken wrap was descibed as really good but spicey. Josie recomnended Leon's excelllent ranch dressing; my friend ordered it to cool down the Buffalo and said it was good. My meal included the house kettle chips which needed a flavor or dip. Leon's also has a house made chip dip. But Josie had gushed over the ranch so I ordered the ranch. It was good but I wish I had orderted one of each. Next time... The house salad was made with a variety of yummy toppings. My friend is Keto so he added both pulled pork and brisket as a salad topping and said it was phenomenal. Keto friend was wooed by Jose's praise of the wings and placed an order. I had one wing and they were juicy and smokey. Perfection! Hubs ordred the pizza saying it was "order again" good. Beer My group enjoyed happy hour beers. My husband had 2 for $5.00. But if you put your credit card on file- you can get a key card thàt opens a self service, pay-by-the-ounce selection of beer taps. We didnt try it but it was pretty damn cool! Acoustics This is where I wasnt impressed. The garage is really three spaces forming a long rectangle. The band is on stage at one end with tables and chairs in that space. Next is what I call the middle bar. Barstools here appear to be first come first served. Finally the third space is furthest from the stage and what I call the back bar. It was smaller - maybe 16 stools. Plus several large high tops and a handful of law tops but those seats were all reserved. So we sat at the back bar with a perfect view of the band and a low enough volume that we could still talk. But the aciustics were way off. The drums were loud folowed by the guitars but the vticals were mostly non existant. My husband says it's because of the size of the room. The sound bounced off too many walls before it makes it's way to me. The guys spent a great amount if time in the first space saying the accoustica were perfect in the stage space. Desserts- I tried the house peanut butter pie. No crust just whipped peanut butter, cream cheese (I think) and powdered sugar. It was really sweet but so addicting and delicious. The chocolate chip cookie skillet was warm and gooey; described as really good and looked better than the peanut butter pie. read more

Came here for dinner. Had a double smash burger, loaded tots, wings, and some spicy margaritas. The smash burger and chips were sooo good! The tots were amazing with the jalapeños. The wings were okay. We got the Buffalo garlic parm but it was dry but the ricks dust topped on it was delicious. The spicy margaritas were great! The service was okay for the most part. The service was slow and the food took a while to receive. I think the bartender was also serving tables and it was busy. She did her best. read more

What a cool place... We have driven by Leon's in the past but stopped in. This place is super cool. It is a restaurant/brewery and a concert venue combined. The atmosphere is upbeat and positive. The staff is really friendly. The food is delicious. Really, what else could you ask for? I had their Oklahoma burger with onion rings, which was really good. Wifie had their garlic smoked wings, which were good and sizable. It was a great experience and we are considering coming back for a concert. read more

If you just consider Leon's a to-go restaurant, then you will be happy. The kitchen is great. The food is always correct, timely, and good. There is no reason to eat or drink inside Leon's. Everything you do comes off as an inconvenience to the bartenders and the employees are just generally not good. read more

The band JJ Snare was AWESOME! Have always been one of my favorites! Love the drinks and the vibe, but what killed it for me, kids running around adults trying to have fun! This is not the place to come and relax, enjoy music and drinks, while trying to avoid children running into you or adults avoiding knocking them down. By 7, children should not be able to be in this place. Young children around drinking adults trying to enjoy adulting is not very fun. read more

So many delicious food choices here! Huge variety of drinks are also available. It can get busy when there is a band playing, so I recommend checking the schedule. The stage area is huge with large projector TVs. The bands can get loud, so make sure to sit in the front room if you want to be able to talk to others at your table. I have to say the quality was very good. I could taste the freshness in every bite of my food! The service was great. Our waitress checked in with us often! Came in during the afternoon on a Saturday, around 2pm, there was quite the crowd as it was St, Patrick's day weekend. We came with a group of 7 and was actually sat pretty quickly. We were greeted and placed our order, business continued to increase and our server got more busy, our food was delivered but we were missing some items and our server wasn't in eyesight for some time. I came and stood by the bar and nobody really acknowledge me , a young lady with long black hair (hat on, her name tag started with a C) walked past with dishes and asked me if I was in need of anything , I explained we were missing a few items and needed some refills and bar drinks and wasn't sure where our server Ricky was . Without hesitation she said absolutely, sat the dishes down and away she went, minutes later we had all of our missing items, refills and new drinks and I know this young lady was so busy herself but took time she really didn't have to help out a table that wasn't her responsibility and I just felt like she needed to know how much we appreciated her taking time away from her other tables to ensure we had everything we needed. Very slow service. 40 minutes for two "Leon's salads" at 3:00 in the afternoon. There were only 2 other tables and they were done eating and just waiting on bills and saying goodbyes. Food was ok but nothing spectacular, and not sure why it took 40 minutes to get a simple salad with only veggies when the place is empty and there are 4 waitresses /bartenders on staff to help people. He waited another 10 minutes then finally walked to the bar to get the beer. Onion rings were an up charge and barely warm. Smash Burger was dry, thin and not very flavorful. Service started out ok, downhill from there. 45 min for the first 4 people to get their food and 1:30 for the rest of us. Then my burger was cold, and the bun ways as hard as a rock. 15 min for the remake and brought me the wrong burger. Never saw our original waitres again until she got nasty with my wife. Manager comped our meal, but never should have gotten that far. Understaffed and food was horrible. Will never go back. Good luck to those how dare to try this place. We sat at the bar and were greeted right away. Nick behind the bar warned us that they were short staffed and asked for our patience as he was behind the bar and serving tables. Although he never missed a step. The food was delicious and we never went without a drink. I had the Pulled Pork sandwich, which was incredible, my only complaint would be the bun was greasy. My guy had the chicken sandwich. He likes spicy so our server recommend hot BBQ on top and he loved it. He was sweating, but he loved it. Leon's is the best bar in Marysville. It has a better drink selection than food. There's many local beers on tap. It has pretty good prices. The service is pretty friendly and quick. I had a Wolf's Ridge beer. It's about $5 for a pint. This isn't bad considering the quality. It's a really good beer. The food isn't as notable, but it has a few popular items. It has a lot of beef. They are known for their beef brisket and pulled pork, so it's a very meaty centric menu. I would come here for a beer again. It's one of the more interesting places in Marysville. The atmosphere is relaxed and they have a good soundtrack. read more

Visited here in mid August and dined on the patio with the family. The wait staff was exceptional, all very pleasant and friendly young ladies. All of our food selections were very good and reasonably priced as well. I also would recommend the buckeye bites as an appetizer, they are great!
