This place was amazing. A couple young guys grilling it fresh with the best manners I've seen in a long time. These are the kind of folks that make me hold out hope. We had cheeseburgers with a side of onion rings and tater tots. Absolutely amazing. The meat was juicy and flavorful, the buns were perfectly soft and the veggies were fresh and crisp. My daughter said, "This is seriously the best burger I have ever eaten." We also had ice cream twisters, and they were delicious. Everyone working was incredibly friendly and kind. We were camping nearby at Fort Robinson and our neighbors stated that they were going for ice cream here and I'd seen this place before but never stopped. So we decided to take the kids and go get some ice cream tonight. The lady and young man running the place were very friendly. Looking for a tasty stop between Toadstool and Agate and this was an awesome choice. The food was freshly made and we all enjoyed our meals and dessert (brisket, corn dog, BLT, sundaes, twisters). It's OK at best. Lots of burgers, pulled pork, fried food, and icecream. Tho, I didn't get to try the ice cream. Both my Mom and I tried to get the worker's attention to order. No one even looked in our direction. (We tried to order after our meals.) I got chicken strips & fries. Fries are homemade, which is cool, but they were burnet. As was my chicken. The ranch is fantastic! My Mom got a half baked potato, loaded. She said it was fine. Didn't finish it. My mother-in-law loved her burger & onion rings. The place is INSANELY small. Crazy small. And kinda gross. I felt like I was eating in someone's garage. The employees were nice enough, but they were insanely slow, forgetful, and not very attentive. The bathrooms are disgusting. We only stopped here because of the Nebraska Passport Program. I doubt we'll ever be back. I can make better food with my air fryer back home. read more

Delicious roadside diner and ice cream spot! Everything was super tasty and everyone was very friendly. We sat at the counter and sampled our way through the whole menu as we waited out a storm. Burgers and fries and onion rings grilled cheese chicken strips. All were awesome. Finished off the meal with ice cream of various types and it couldn't have hit the spot any better! Except for Chaps Pit Beef in Baltimore MD, this is the best Pit Beef I've ever had! They have a huge menu of fried foods, but the real winner here is the pork sandwich topped with their homemade bbq sauce and the boardwalk style fries. If you are from MD, don't look for the vinegar or Tiger Sauce, you'll have to get your own. I gave it only 4 stars because they don't accept CCs. read more

This place is just great. I walked in late on a Friday and asked what was good - the lady who runs it looked me in the eye and said "everything". If the rest of the menu is anywhere near as good as the cheeseburger she made me, I believe it. Plus, we chatted with her while the food was on the grill and she's a very nice, funny lady. In terms of food, this was 4 or 5 star stuff. The burger was piping hot, extremely juicy and the fries were fresh cut and perfectly cooked. The complete lack of masks and distancing efforts caused me to only be ok with eating in the car which was a bummer. read more
