The paint now scratches off when you bump it. * After painting, we were going to hire him to refinish our kitchen cabinets. He took the job, and said he was going to start on 5/18. He didn't show up. * No call. No reply to emails, calls, text messages to see if he was going to still do it. He didn't reply to anything for two weeks. During this time, he still had our house key and one of our cabinet doors. It has taken three follow up talks and the threat of legal action to get our key and cabinet door back. * We were MORE than understanding of his lack of professionalism and promptly paid him for the original painting job.

On Monday I called Burfords, as I had previous service from them. The appointment was made for later in the day probable after 2:30. About 11:15 I received a call from them stating they were done at the previous home and was I home and available. I said yes. In a few minutes they were hare. My friend said that Greg Canfield would never have allowed that kind of work to be done. He said get them back out here and have them make it right. He offered a solution that would require moving a low used circuit on to another one to free up a slot for the double slot 50 Amp breaker. He suggested a certain type of charger that they install frequently. I was able to find a different brand that would work for Consumers Energy rebate. I got great communication from Flat River with a break down of costs. The unit I bought was cheaper (tons to choose from) Flat River installed the products I purchased for a reasonable fee.
