The value for the stuff is good too but they can get even cheaper with the red stickers and much cheaper with the final yellow stickers. Great selection of clothes and furnitures. They removed the other cashier line that used to be by the doorway on the other side by Kohl's. Also, they have clean restrooms! Upon arriving, the security greeted us and we noticed a big space in the entrance. The store itself looks the same. They added a few self-check out but you have to let the worker in the front check out the items and scan them too which we didn't mind. Ross stuff is pretty cheap depending on what you buy, but it's cheaper than major retail stores. Great customer service and would come back when I'm in the area.

There weren't many cashiers when i got to the line, but they called another associate to the register and she was getting through the line fast. Some months ago it seemed they had made some improvements, and it was getting a little easier to get a human being on the phone at the pharmacy, but more recently things have really taken a nosedive. Calls to the pharmacy are now routed through a call center located who knows where, but since many issues can only be resolved at the pharmacy itself, the call center ends up transferring you to the local pharmacy you were trying to reach in the first place, wasting your time in the process. When you get transferred to the Otis Dr. pharmacy, they simply do not pick up the phone. You are put on hold and put back on hold infinitely until you give up or the system automatically hangs up on you. This is completely unacceptable. Zero respect for customers, their time and well-being, especially the infirm, elderly, and disabled who may not have the tenacity to keep trying to reach this unreachable pharmacy. Having no way to reach one's pharmacy over the phone is a health and safety issue that warrants a formal complaint with the appropriate government agencies. All because Walgreens corporate doesn't want to spend the money to staff appropriately. Shameful and inexcusable.

There are also some small stores, a bank and GameStop, along with places to eat, so you could get a lot done here if you want. I used to come here often when I lived nearby and this shopping center wasn't built up as much as it is now. I think it's great that they really improved this area.

They don't have a return policy, but you can apparently exchange within one week.
