They have a great selection of high quality/heavy weight wrapping paper at excellent prices: $2.99 and $3.99. The best discount store in town. If you want to read more about them, details are given below. PROS +Pick-up: It so easy and quick to pick up your order. There's no time slot to reserve. All you have to do is let them know when you leave home using the app. They follow you using GPS and meet you on the store parking lot. +Refrigerated food has been added to their pick-up services (in store and curbside). +No minimum purchase (if I'm not mistaken) +Long store hours CONS -App only: Drive-up pickup is only available on the app. -Excluded items: There are quite a few things that are not available for pickup, such as alcohol and things that people panic buy, such as toilet paper. RE: App -I like doing online shopping on my computer, but drive-up pickup is only available on the app. You could use your computer to put things in the cart and purchase them on the app, but you would have to change the pickup method to drive-up on the app. You need to do this one item at a time! RE: Special Offers They are very clear but not all special offers are available for Target pickup. Conclusions Because what I can pick up from Target is limited, I still have to stop at other places like Whole Foods. It was like a ghost town and didnt take long before most of the stores left. The Cascade Mall and the Outlet Mall has new owners so we will see what the future brings for the malls.

I was very impressed with the customer service we received at this store…read more I'll admit that Kohl's is not one of the stores I usually frequent when I'm shopping. I was at Bellis Fair with my mother and my grandmother and they wanted to buy bath towels. Once they were ready to pay, they lined up at the cashier. We hadn't been waiting for very long but a bit of a line was starting to form (there were 2 or 3 people ahead of us) but staff was very quick to open additional tills to minimize the wait. My mother's purchase was a little complicated as she wanted to pay for the items separately, but the sales associate was very patient and accommodating despite the fact that other customers were waiting (additional tills were opened to help them as well). The store is clean and well organized and they often have great deals. Based on my experience, I will add Kohl's to my list of places to check out when I'm at Bellis Fair.
