I really loved the customer service here and was planning on making this my new go-to place but i was disappointed in how my nails held up. I got dip and they looked amazing until two days after I got them done I started to notice a ton of cracking along the surface, but nothing seemed to be breaking off so I thought I was fine. Fast forward one week and my nail just broke:( so sad! I do not feel like I got my money's worth since I didn't even get two weeks of wear out of these nails. Have been going here for around 5 years but have never left a review until now. Went here on a Sunday morning to treat my mom for her nails and it was so great! We were able to walk right in and they got to us is great time! We both got simple manicures and my mom got her toes done and they both came out great! DO NOT GO HERE. This was probably one of the worst manicures I've ever received I went in on Mother's Day I was the first person in the shop and the woman worked so fast on me that she broke the drill on my finger which hurt a lot it startled me so much that i yelled out where the whole shop turned and looked and also she did not even meet the cuticles with the acrylic. There were only two people working in the entire store for about eight people and My nail job suffered because of it. I told her three times that it wasn't acceptable and she still charged me the full amount - this should've been free because it looks terrible. My only tip for her today is do a better job. THE WORST. French tip manicure where the white tips took up 2/3 of the mail! She argued with me that this ridiculous, rushed French tip manicure (first pic) didn't look bad and blamed me for not having been more specific than "French tip manicure, please." They looked cartoonish, garish, like candy corn. Way too much white and bold and stark. Just awful, rushed workmanship. The fact that the salon had no air conditioning on a rainy, muggy late August afternoon should have been my first indication that things would go south. And that only 2 of the 10 crummy overhead fluorescent lights were on, presumably to save money. And that there were literally no other customers. And only one employee. Muggy, empty and dreary doesn't make for a relaxing, positive salon experience. Nor does a nasty attitude. I had her just remove the French manicure and paint them red (second pic) and she gave me major attitude about it. And somehow the nails turned out matte and dull. Prob because no clear coat between the nail tips and the first coat of red polish. She blamed it on the humidity (inside her salon, which was humid because she didn't have the AC on). I had to beg her to add an extra coat of clear before I left, though it didn't help much. As I paid her the $50, she told me I needed to work on my attitude. I replied that she needs to work on her manicure skills. Worst manicure ever, even the refine red nails. Thick and lumpy acrylic nails. I got snookered. I should have refused to pay. I used to get regular manicures here! Until one day, when I had an unpleasant situation! That experience will never take me back to this place, although the owner was always extremely friendly and cheerful. The person doing my nails never informed me that there will be charges when I come back to remove the shellac. So during my return visit, they removed the Shellac, and filed my nail beds till the cuticles were sore. When I tipped the lady, for a $10 service of removal of shellac, she looked at me and said "that's all you're gonna give me?" although it was a 20% tip. Then she rolled her eyes & gave me attitude. I've gone in to Daisy twice. The first time they were busy, but nobody even acknowledged I had walked in. I stood there for a few minutes and then walked out. A minute later someone came out to my car to try to stop me from leaving. They said they had availability so I went back in. I got a very rushed pedicure that looked just okay and was kind of sloppy. I figured it was just because they were busy so I gave them a second try. This time I went in and it was totally empty with nobody in sight, not even an employee. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even came out of the back and then got another rushed pedicure that also turned out just okay, but sort of sloppy (by a different person). I will not be returning and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. read more

Don't be fooled by the fake reviews, this is a great place! I've been coming here for over a year and I bring my daughter as well. We have always had great experiences and never once had a chipping problem others have mentioned. I am going to call the one star reviews out for being fake. Been going here regularly for nearly a year now and am surprised to see so many negative reviews? I love this shop and have never had a bad experience here. Getting my nails done is one of the only times I have to relax and pamper myself so this place is great for me because it has an incredibly relaxing vibe and is not too noisy or chaotic unlike other places. I always get so many compliments on my nails especially when I get acrylics by daisy and no chip gel by Henry. Always have a great experience at this nail salon. Detox pedicure was fabulous and manicure was very good. My only suggestion is to make sure you take the time to sit back and enjoy. Some people complain about waiting around as they await each step of the service but I find it nice to just take a breath and not worry about time. I enjoyed the conversations with my nail technicians while getting great service. Very nice people who are doing all they can to keep this small business going. read more

I originally went in for a refill. Nails were already shaped how I wanted so told her think acrylic...natural looking same shape. Nope. Big bubble looking. Went back and they told me well with dipped nails...no....not dipped. They filed some but the shellac is still making them look like bubble nails. Went to get my eyebrows done, and they were completely ruined by the time I left. The shape was completely gone and they look totally abnormal. Looking back I should have walked out without even paying. Never will I put brows in anybody else's hands again let alone the staff of Daisy. read more

No chip manicure chipping in multiple areas within 4 days. I don't think they were meticulous enough in cuticle softening & trimming, applying polish evenly and making sure there were no rough edges. I don't get manicures often, and disappointed that I'll need to find someplace else to have my nails redone. read more

Super disappointing experience. I got a no chip here and it was so awful I went back the next day to have it all taken off and redone. Daisy herself redid my nails & they weren't any better. She filed my old polish off & filed my nailbeds down to nothing, which changed the shape and length of my nails and caused several of my cuticles to bleed. My wife scheduled an appointment for a gel fill nails appointment and they were able to get her in immediately. When my wife arrived they sat her down and asked her what she wanted, which was just a french manicure. When the girl finished, my wife asked her to not square off each nail, they looked like they could stab you from the corners. The girl literally argued with my wife and refused to round them off. The employee even argued with the owner telling her she was not going to round them off, my wife was so disgusted, she told the girl to finish so she could get out of there. When she was leaving it was time to pay, they charged her $53 for a nail fill, normally she pays $18-25. When my wife asked her why it was so much she told her it was for the french manicure and that they had to remove the nails, the argument was over after 10 minutes and my wife paid and left. She will never go back to this place, the employees are disrespectful, they talked about my wife in a conversation, they had no idea my wife could understand them, and the owner made no attempt to rectify the mistreatment. I've gotten my nails done here three times because it is close to my home. The people there are super nice but on two occasions my no-chip manicure chipped and peeled within three days. When I go to other salons it lasts at least 2 weeks and sometimes longer. Unfortunately I will not be back. Waste of money. read more
