The treatment is supposed to include a lavender sugar scrub, collagen mask, relaxing massage with collagen cream and organic oil, and hot towel wrap. While the products were applied, the massage was essentially skipped. The lotion was quickly patted on, the hot towels were placed almost immediately afterward, and the sugar scrub wasn't actually massaged into my legs. The entire service felt very rushed. What made it more disappointing was watching my mom's technician, Tony, perform the same Lavender Treatment. He took his time, gave her a genuine massage, and delivered the full experience exactly as described. The difference between our services was very noticeable. I will say that my nail polish was applied well, and I'm happy with how my nails look. However, paying $64 for a premium pedicure and receiving only part of the advertised service was disappointing. If every technician isn't able to provide the same treatment, customers should be made aware beforehand. Consistency is important, especially when you're paying for a specific experience.

The cost was well worth it (hot towel and massage after the foot treatment and color application)! Everything was very clean inside the salon.
