At this very pregnant stage in my life, anything wrapped in a tortilla is what I want to eat. Thankfully daisies is very close to my house. I got a burrito and an order of taquitos. Now I am a very big eater, and that was too much food for me. The total bill was $40 so I really should've known when I was getting myself into. The taquitos were covered with some delicious sauce and Parmesan cheese. All of those got eaten in one setting. The burrito, was huge and mostly full of rice. The flavor was good and would've been better. Had I taken the time to add some of the salsa. This place sort of reminds me of a hole in the wall, but I also went during off business hours so the restaurant wasn't open. Maybe it would've looked more lively. Will definitely come here again. Food was ready very quickly. I was surprised because it was a big ass burrito! The pupusas were yummy also.

3 authentic (nice sized) tacos + one overstuffed beef burrito... $18.02 I felt like I owed more money, lol. Wanted a sample of a bit of a variety of meats. I got and pictured: 1 carnitas 1 beef tongue 1 chicken I normally don't care for chicken tacos AT ALL and did everything I could to eliminate the one pictured in the lineup from going home with me, but the owner insisted I try, so I did. Shockingly, I think it was the best of the bunch. The chicken is very moist and super well seasoned. It's charred (unique) suggesting it's either flame-broiled or rotisseried. I'm guessing the former. The fresh corn tortillas are charred slightly too adding a smoky flavor to the tacos. This place is a li'l Mom 'n Pop joint in what appears to be an otherwise irrelevant little strip mall with not much else going on. This food is going on though - heavily. They have ample seating and even have a little bar with beer, wine and alcohol on the side opposite the register. If you're looking to hide and have a drink, nobody would find you here, lol. NEGATIVE STARS! First time trying this place and the menu looked good so I ordered delivery (around 8pm). After receiving a notice saying my order was delivered, I called (after 9pm). I told them the situation and that I had not actually received my order. I was placed on hold. When the lady got back to me she said she contacted the driver whom told her the order was given to "my daughter" I DO NOT HAVE A DAUGHTER. My order was given to the WRONG people. My husband and I went in to late last evening after getting to our Air B&B and instead of getting an itemized receipt for our beers and whiskey, we just got one line item listed as $75. After standing in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting for a waitress someone finally arrived. I told her I had called in an order which should be ready for pickup, needless to say, it was not. And it up waiting an extra 30 minutes while they cooked my meal. Why accept phone orders for take out if you're not going to have the food prepared? Then, to make matters even worse, they had some loud, unintelligible, Merengue playing, and I had to scream at the waitress over the music to be understood... I had by far the most bizarre experience at this restaurant. I walked in and was the only guest. I sat at the bar and the waitress walked up to and asked what I would like. I told he my order, and everything was cool. The food came out, but it was wrong. They fixed the problem. This is where it takes a crazy turn. As my food comes out and I'm enjoying it. The waitress/ bartender reaches on my plate and begins to eat off my plate. I pushed the plate to her cause clearly she needed more than me. I told the cashier, who tried to charge me, about my experience. We were at the convention center and made an order for delivery. When the order came in, it was missing a burrito, side of beans, and two drinks. Also one of the burritos was made incorrectly. The restaurant representative refused to resend the missing items and refused to refund the money. Instead they gave credit for our next visit which would never happen since we're on here for the convention. My husband and I came here twice during the recent blizzard because it was the only place that we could walk to and that had tables to sit and eat. Once we had dinner and once we had breakfast. The desayuno salvadoreno is absolutely fantastic. Eggs, fresh bread, beans, plantains, crema, queso fresco, and aguacate. We also had saltenas and pupusas which were delicious. I specifically had the loroco and queso pupusa. We had tiramisu that was fresh out of the oven. Our dinner, which was the fish filet, was just ok. But we most definitely will be back for breakfast! read more

They have such great chicken and service! We were in the area and visiting a friend, and he told us that he wanted to show us this place for some peruvian chicken. There's such a nice young man at the register who chatted us up as we ordered and helped us choose what we wanted, since it was our first time. He couldn't have been any more than 12 and we could understand that it was probably family owned. Although we were taking out, they let us eat for a bit in the dining area on the other side before packing up the food and heading back home. It wasn't busy at all, and everyone was really friendly.
