The Drinks Are Reasonably Priced & The Atmosphere Is Different. The Staff Is Very Welcoming & Attentive!

I went for the carnitas tacos and they were delicious. The pork was tender and well-seasoned with a little crisp on the edges. Each taco came with lime wedges and house made salsa that added a lot of flavor. They don't skimp on portions either, which I appreciated. Service was fast and the staff was helpful. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed, casual feel. Great spot if you're craving tacos.

In another one of my random strip mall adventures, I came across this place. You cant see it from the road so to come here you need to be looking for it. Not a big place and its dark inside because of whatever film they have on the windows, but dont let that stop you. I came here mid afternoon, not knowing what to expect but noticed there was a steady stream of folks there getting to-go orders so it couldnt be that bad. I can confidently say that these are the best al pastor tacos ive had in the DMV and...most likely the best ive ever had. There is an unseasoned meat epidemic in this area and I dont know why. There are tons of taco places that cook the meat but dont season it. From bite 1 it was clear they actually seasoned their stuff. If you know anything about Al pastor, its marinated to include pineapple. With these, it was easy to taste the seasoning and pineapple in one bite, then the next bite actually had a piece of pineapple. Take that, then add tortillas that they grilled so they had a slight crisp to them AND tasted buttery...then throw in the onions, cilantro, and the red and green sauces...last thing, the beans had flavor to them too. This was an all around win that only cost $16.

These tacos reminded me of the ones I had during a trip to Mexico. Simple, fresh, and full of flavor. I got the carnitas, and the pork was fall apart tender with crispy edges. They also had a really good vegetarian taco option with grilled cactus that surprised me in the best way. Seating is limited, but the vibe is casual and relaxed. The woman taking orders was super helpful and made a great recommendation. Prices were fair, and I left feeling full and satisfied. Easily a place I'd recommend to taco lovers.

Tried their tacos for the first time and they were seriously tasty. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the tortillas were warm and soft. I loved the fresh toppings, especially the onions and cilantro that gave everything a nice crunch and brightness. The salsa had a little heat but wasn't overwhelming. Everything came out fast and the staff was really friendly. The place has a chill vibe, perfect for a quick lunch. I'll definitely be back to try more.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and tried the carne asada tacos. The meat was juicy and full of flavor. Tortillas were soft and fresh, clearly made that day. Topped with onions and cilantro, just how I like it. The salsa they served on the side had a great kick. Service was fast and the guy at the counter was friendly. This spot is definitely on my list for a return visit.

These tacos were such a pleasant surprise. The meat was juicy and flavorful, with a smoky char that tasted straight off the grill. I got the chicken and the carnitas, and both were packed with seasoning. The tortillas were warm and soft, just slightly toasted on the edges. They also gave a good amount of fresh lime and cilantro on the side, which added a great kick. Service was quick even though the place was pretty full. It's not fancy, but it's the kind of spot you keep going back to.

I love this place. What brought me back here is the tacos. SO juicy, packed with filling, and delicious. The star of the show tonight though is this micheleda! It's PERFECT. In every way. A fantastic balance of savory, salty, and spice. The shrimp just added extra bang! I'm in love.

The birria tacos are my go to! I have had the birria pizza but I prefer the tacos. The churro is good as well! The inside is fun like a neighborhood hang out spot with dim lights. The customer service was good.

First of all !!! The food was fresh and made with loveee , had the brirria tacos and then great quality margaRita's which is hard to find with such a great price .. Brenda was wonderful and friendly with great communication and service . I will be back !!

It is sad when I get restaurants in one star food is delicious. This is a Mexican restaurant in Oxon Hill, which I wanted to try because I heard they have a good fried fish . When I went into the restaurant, it look like a bar/club atmosphere, probably this please trade it into a nightclub later on in the evening. I ordered my food and sat down at the table and waited for over 45 minutes wondering where my food was, I looked around, and the waitresses were dancing, and my food was ready on the kitchen counter ready to be brought to my table. The food was excellent, but the service is something that you clearly need to work on. He.

My partner and I decided to order from here while we were off for the holiday. We ordered the following: jalapeño papusa, steak fajitas, grilled salmon, seafood soup and shrimp tacos. The papusa was good, there was a healthy amount of jalapeño and cheese and came with two instead one, as anticipated. The seafood soup was okay and the rest of the meal went down hill. The steak for the fajitas was over cooked and chewy to eat, beyond well done. The shrimp tacos has the baby shrimp and looked like they were size of tadpoles. The salmon was fried even though the menu said it was grilled and was also over cooked. The steamed vegetables were also over cooked, under seasoned and had lots of excess water. We ordered here before but this order has us reconsidering if we should order again.

I ordered one single shrimp taco for $ 3.99 i believe, they only have corn tortillas. I was not fond of the heavy amount of cilantro that's mixed with their cabbage mix. PROS: Lots of shrimp (although not seasoned at all) CONS: charge extra for sour cream (it does NOT come with the meal). I'm not trippin off the $1 sour cream, but the amount they gave me, was as if it was the last like dollop they had Bag is 15cents, wish they would communicate if I wanted a bag for my single taco. One word: SNOOZEFEST. Thank goodness my friends and I know…read morehow to make our own fun because this place was not giving what it was supposed to give. The restaurant has a huge bar right in the middle, loud music playing, and even an outdoor patio and bar area. However, neither space seemed to have much energy or many people. The vibe just felt...flat. I will say the music did improve as the night went on. Initially, the playlist wasn't really my cup of tea, but once they started mixing in some 90s and 2000s R&B and Hip-Hop, things got a lot better. That's when my friends and I started dancing in our seats, singing along, and creating our own entertainment while other patrons stared at us like we had landed from another planet. Sorry y'all, some of us came to have a good time. Now, I will give credit where credit is due. The service was really good. The staff was attentive, friendly, and kept checking on us throughout the evening. The decor wasn't bad either. It leaned heavily into the Mexican Day of the Dead theme, which I actually liked. The restaurant had personality and the design was much more interesting than the atmosphere. Even the restrooms were nice, although they felt like they were located in another zip code. Be prepared for a little walk. Now let's discuss the food...or maybe let's not. We ordered chips, salsa, guacamole, and chicken nachos. The guacamole was the clear winner and the only thing I genuinely enjoyed. The salsa tasted off and wasn't for me at all. As for the nachos? Absolutely not. Nasty. I don't know what happened there, but they were a complete miss for me. The funny part is that Diablo's wasn't even our first choice. We had just come from a 90s party and were a little underdressed for where we originally wanted to go. That spot had a stricter dress code, so we settled for Diablo's instead. Would I return? Probably not. Even if I'm already at MGM, there are several other spots I'd choose first for better food, better energy, and a better overall experience. The service and decor were solid, but they couldn't save the food or the vibe. Ratings: Vibe: 2/5 Decor: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Music: 3/5 Food: 1/5 Total Score: 3.0/5

Our server was quick, friendly, and kept things moving without making us feel rushed. They actually have a true happy hour menu. Not one of those "$1 off" situations, but legit deals across both food and drinks. Everything we ordered hit. The margaritas were refreshing, well-balanced (not overly sweet), and definitely did the job. For food, we kept it classic. The tacos were simple but flavorful, with tender, well-seasoned meat and fresh toppings that didn't overpower anything. The nachos were good but in my opinion, the portion size wasn't worth $11. Everything tasted fresh and came out hot, which I always appreciate, especially during a busy service. The vibe outside really pulled it all together. It's one of those spots that feels lively without being chaotic...perfect for catching up, people-watching, or just unwinding after a long day.
