Appt date was set and agreed to but he didn't show, we rescheduled the date then the day of he said his truck broke down on the highway en route, rescheduled again but never got a time so I followed up to have him commit to a time frame; I had to f/u several times and he said he was waiting for the manufacturerto make the glass (how was he going do the job the prior 3 times?). I paid him via Zelle and to make it easier after the 4 request I sent a Zelle request to make it easy for him. I am 10 communications in with no refund. Last response from him states he was waiting for a check to clear the bank; that's was 9 days ago and I don't have a refund or an update. I'll wait for Mr. Rubio to dispute my review and post screenshot of all texts and add emails.
