Had some shirts pressed here and they were pretty quick, friendly, and did a good job. Reasonable price too. Would go back again!

I was very impressed with the laundry service I received from here! Due to health reasons, I am unable to keep up with laundry and had accumulated a ton of clothes needing washed. Dale Cleaners instructed me to put them all in bags (trash bags) and leave them on the porch for pickup. I labeled each with a post-it saying "Dale Cleaners" and my name. They were picked up and a few days later they were all returned in clear trash bags. I hadn't specified I liked them with extra fabric softener, so I worried they were going to be a bit stiff. However, all of my clothes, linens, etc. were all perfectly soft and somehow wrinkle free and resistant. I was SO pleased! I definitely plan to use them regularly now. Highly recommended! read more

I wish I could give this place is zero stars. For a wedding we had all of our table cloths pressed here. The day of the event we picked up the table cloths, and when we laid them out, they were not done at all. People were having to iron the table cloths, and still down at the bottom they were very wrinkly. When I called, I was treated very poorly on the phone And was guaranteed that they got pressed to which I asked if I could send them a picture so they could see and he said no. And when I said I was going to post a review I was hung up on. Do not use this place for your service. The customer service was terrible and we did not receive what we paid for. I was in a rush, very last minute I needed to have a jacket ironed before I traveled. I called and the owner of the business invited me to come in right away. She ironed out my jacket while I was waiting and I couldn't be happier! Kudos to this company for customer satisfaction and for generally just being super nice read more

I recently moved into this nearby neighborhood, and used Dale cleaners for the first time. The staff was extremely friendly, explained the history of their company and that this was their original and flag ship location. I have since had pants cleaned, garment repairs made, and shirts laundered and pressed. They even will press a crease in the sleeves if you ask! As dry cleaners become harder to find, I'm so fortunate to have a location so close with a staff that is so helpful and does a quality job. read more

absolutely disgusting business practices! I asked for rushed service, the owner never cared to do that. when I went in to pick up my clothes. she said to give her 3 hours to do it. What did I paid for at the end? Ironed, unwashdd suit with stains. thanks for ruining everything! read more

I have been coming to Dale Cleaners since high school. Thought this was a place I could trust. They ruined my wedding suit coat and refused to do anything about it. I've tried calling and no response. This place has horrible customer service and worst yet, they don't take care of your clothes. You've lost a customer. Awful care and customer attention. read more

I am new to Columbus and live in the high rises downtown. I tried a couple other dry cleaners however I have to say the Dale Cleaners at this location have been wonderful. My clothes are picked up and dropped off at my door. I wear a shirt and tie everyday so I can be very picky about my shirts and their creases. Dale Cleaners pays attn to detail. Also, I would like to say they are very customer oriented. The owners have even gone the extra distance to do any repairs or alterations to my clothing. read more

Downhill since new owners took over I've been a Dale Cleaners customer for probably 15 years or more. A new owner took over within the last calendar year (2019) and subsequently, the service is not what it once was. A driver neglected to tag my clothing properly when it was picked up from my porch. After over a month of not having it returned as normal, I called and the woman said she wondered who had this big order without a name. She claimed she was comping the normal charges. Then I received 2 statements with the wrong invoice amounts. I emailed Dale Cleaners at the email address on my statement attaching documentation requesting correction. No reply. I called and talked to "Mike" who claimed he'd get it fixed and never heard back. I just received a voice mail from a woman from Dale stating they've been mailing me invoices and they keep being returned no such address. The address she stated is not my address. I'm done with Dale Cleaners. read more

Okay - they used to be consistent and had the ability to pick up my clothes - but now they have recently expanded adding more stores but apparently customer service was nixed with the expansion. The past 2 weekly clothes pickups on my front porch have been skipped, forgotten, ignored - when I called last time I was assured "we'll have a talk with the driver" - no mention of a discount or a rebate for the inconvenience. This time I tried to call their 'main office' and got an answering machine with a generic 'please leave a message' - no clue if it's even Dale Cleaners or their hours of operation mentioned. Please no one else follow this business model - brick and mortar places won't drive sales if you treat your current customer base like crap. read more

If you want a terrible cleaning service that tries to run you off the road in their work vehicle then this is the place for you!! I was recently looking around for new cleaning companies just to give other places a chance so I took my work suits here... A week later when I came back, they ruined 3 out of the 7 I took there. One suits fabric is frayed and looks very worn down and I bought it 2 days before I took it there and only wore it once!! At first I wasn't going to yelp about this but then earlier today I was driving and had to go to the post office. So, I LEGALLY turned into the plaza and one of this same companies vehicle honked at me when I did nothing wrong. Then they continued to put a finger up at me and drive away way over the speed limit. Accidentally left a $100 gift card in the pocket of my suit. My girlfriend dropped it off without knowing it was in the pocket. The owner kept it and called me a liar, then told me I shouldn't have left it there if it was valuable. He then demanded I pay for the service or he would throw away the clothes. I had a $500 suit and a $400 dress. I finally paid the crook $36 and came on here to let others know what kind of person runs this business. The clothes are not even cleaned well, there is some sort of pet hair on my jacket and the dress was wrinkled. What a joke of a business. THIS MAN IS A THIEF AND A LIAR. I went to this cleaner with 2 suits and 3 shirts. I called and was told by the owner that the turn around time for suits is 2 days. As soon as the owner saw me with a coupon in hand, he stated that it takes 4 days to get suits back. The pants and jacket of a suit were slightly different colors, and based on that, the owner told me that he will not count them as a suit but two separate items. Unpleasant, unprofessional, and has no concept of customer service. I do not recommend this establishment. read more
