He came with a plan of action, because the work had to be done using a neighbor's property. The plan was executed brilliantly and it was done in a timely fashion. His crew were courteous and showed their expertise in their work. One of the trees was growing and leaning towards my father's bedroom; the other towards the neighbors. I didn't want to chance another tornado tearing through the yard and ripping the trees out of the ground, like I saw in May. I asked for a couple of stumps that I could use for seating, and they gave me what I asked for and more! They cleaned up the neighbor's property.
