She appeared to be handling the whole front by herself, but made us feel like we were the only ones there. Decor is like that of a "RoadHouse" feel. Apparently they have live music on a posted schedule. Looked like that would be a fun time to visit. Options were standard southern style meat and three options or menu choices. Wife had vegetable plate, I had the pulled pork plate. Bar-B-Que was tender and flavorful. Not bad for a non specialist Bar-B-Que restaurant. 2 flavors of sauce on the table, a sweet and spicy sauce, either would be an excellent choice. There were only 2 meat options offered, don't know if that's the norm, or we were there so late after lunch they had sold out of other options. Will definitely be back there again. I would like to try and catch one evening with the live music is scheduled.

For medical reasons, I drink filtered water and forgot to get one before we went into the restaurant, but she was very compassionate and went the extra mile to find me one. We would definitely give our service a five 5. We got the Veggie Pizza with goat cheese, some Prosciutto Wrapped Dates & Crab Cakes. We would give these items, a four 4 in taste, a five 5 in plating, and a five 5 in preparation. On the Prosciutto Wrapped Dates, I think I would've liked them better without the Gorgonzola cheese and I don't know that I'm much of a goat cheese lover. BUT the items we ordered were nicely cooked and my husband said the crab cakes were meaty and he very much enjoyed them. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I was very thankful the person who worked there went out of her way to find a bottled water for me, although it was not on their menu.

The most disgusting meatloaf I have ever had and the crab cakes were mediocre. Don't waste your money. We ordered takeout for celebration and I would have been happier with McDonald's.

Each time I went, I got the same thing: the #1 Jack Combo. The menu states as clear as day "Upgrade to a large for .79 more" so each time I ordered I upgraded to a large. The previous visits were drive thru, this time however my wife and I ate inside. I told the girl behind the counter (Rebecca) my order. Everything was good but I could tell she must have been new because she seemed a little nervous. I told her I wanted to upgrade my order to a large for the .79 they advertise. When she was done taking my order, I asked her to repeat it back to me just to be sure it was right. It was perfect except she said a regular fry and a large drink. I told her I wanted to upgrade the fries and drink for the .79 cents as advertised on the menu. She got a little flustered and ended up getting a manager (Jordan) I told the manager I didn't understand the confusion, I just wanted to upgrade my combo for the .79 cents is states on the menu (I pointed to the giant menu where is says upgrade to a large for .79 cents) She says "to upgrade the fries it's .55 cents and to upgrade the drink it's .40 cents" Well, that's .95 cents when I went to school. I asked her where the .79 cents came into effect. She said, "well they must not have updated the menu yet". WHAT???? The stores been open for a month or so. How many customers have the stolen from with the bait and switch technique? I know .16 cents isn't a lot but it's the principle. If they sell 100 "upgrades" per day, that an additional $16 they make taking advantage of the customer. Using these selling techniques, I'm not sure I'll go back. Very sad because my wife and I love their food. I shall be posting on my social media as well as telling everyone we know
