I have an old cat with a fluid filled (ascites) belly, uncomfy, painful, and close to the END. But expecting euthanasia, he perked up overnight...so we'll wait. She was good with him and reasonably priced as compared w/rip off other vets in Kaneohe I've been to. Both my dogs were patients of Dr. Dale back when she worked at Haiku Veterinary Clinic in Kaneohe. My wife and I were so happy when we learned she started her own operation of a mobile vet service! We have a Mastiff, and do you know how much of a pain it is to get a Mastiff into a small car to take him to the vet? We decided to switch both our dogs over to Cytopoint, and having the option of having her come to our home to do the injections is so convenient! We will be using her for all our dogs' future allergy injections. We even had her come out one time to conduct an exam on our tortoise, whom of which is even worse transporting. We were very impressed with the compassion Dr. Dale gave us when we had to put our Bella Down. Because of the Pandemic no one would let us be with our Bella when they Euthanize her, they just wanted us to pull up and they would take her from out car. And that was it. I just couldn't do that to my Bella She needed us. Dr. Dale was so understanding and compassionate explaining everything she did and waiting patiently while we said our goodbyes. She came into our home where our Bella was most comfortable and we did it right on our living room sofa. We felt it was what Bella would have wanted. Now she has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. 3 days later Amanda returned with Bella in a beautiful velvet pouch. Also a Card from her with Bella's paw print. We were faithful clients at a long-time vet clinic in Kailua but the business hasn't really recovered since Covid. A friend recommended Dr. Dale, and I made an appointment. After her first visit with our two dogs, I'm completely pleased with the entire experience. Dr. Dale and her assistant arrived on time, treated our two anxious pups with love and understanding (and cleaned up after one of them had an accident), and took the time to answer questions and provide some guidance. I can't thank Dr. Dale and her assistant enough for the kind and loving care they provided to my 14 1/2 year old dog, Anela. Dr. Dale took her time to carefully assess and diagnose the problem and was very caring and kind with Anela. She answered all my questions thoroughly and compassionately. The appointment was originally scheduled to be a quick assessment since Anela is an old dog and is in her last journey of life however she spent 90 mins with her with the majority of time removing fluid to fill up 1/2 gallon bottle! Anela now has a skip in her morning walks again. :) You think the bill would be high but it was not and so reasonable! Anela is definitely more comfortable. I will definitely call on Dr. Dale again especially when it comes time to put her down. It's so nice that they would be available to come to your home and be with your pet and you when the time is right. This brings me much comfort! Thank you! read more

I was looking for a mobile veterinarian and came across Dr. Dale's Yelp page. After contacting several mobile services, I felt I would give Dr. Dale a try. I texted her in the morning and she responded promptly upon opening as I texted her a little before her business hours. I gave her a snapshot of my needs for my fur baby which she kindly responded. She was able to provide me with a same day appointment. She arrived approximately 5 minutes early which was nice. I was impressed with Dr. Dale's and Gina's professionalism and how plush her mobile clinic was. It's fully loaded with a surgical suite and very clean! No smell of animals. Her prices are VERY reasonable and trust me when I say this, as I will shop around until I find a fair price! In fact, some service fees cost a little less. She explained everything to me and my options and also provided me with some education regarding my fur baby's allergies. On another note, I chose to try a mobile service because my female dog gets really anxious when I take her to the vet. It's possible that the overstimulation from the other animals contributes to some of that Abs the fact that she is just nervous to go "to the doctors". However, with Dr. Dale, "Nala" walked right into the RV calmly as if she knew Dr. Dale and Gina, her vet tech. Bottom line, I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Dale to all fur baby parents. I wish I used her services sooner! She is very transparent and her prices are on her website. Again, her fees are either the same, comparable, or a little cheaper then some of the other veterinary clinics and mobile vets on island. What's so AWESOME is that you don't have to go anywhere! She comes to you. It is so convenient! If you are reading this review, don't hesitate to make you fur baby's next appointment. You will be so glad you did! It is difficult to reach this vet. It usually takes more than 1-2 days for my message to finally reach the staff. Dale Veterinary Mobile Clinic doesn't do full veterinary care to animals. They only do maintenance care. They should make it clear to customers that they don't give full service of medical cares to animals. I don't see any warnings from their side to clarify that. read more

It was unpleasant experience. I made an appointment with a receptionist to bring in 3 animals. She gave me directions to get the location where the Mobile Clinic was. I prepared cash to pay for the service. On the day of appointment I waited for more than 35 minutes. Nobody showed up. Waiting made my spine disability bad. A gentleman came up to my vehicle. He said I didn't have an appointment. I had to leave. This doctor called and left a message during my long drive home. She said there was no confirmation. I was surprised that she thought I oweed to initiate it. I wrote facts on Google review. Right after I had reviewed, someone gave 5 stars to offset to salvage the score. There was NO comment. I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Dale! I was happy with the care and treatment that Dr. Dale provided to our 13 year old chihuahua Cici about a year ago and since then have had her 6 month check up and medication refills done at Haiku Vet. My bunny Richard was having issues urinating (his hind legs were wet with urine so I called Haiku Vet and found out that Dr. Dale now has her Mobile Vet service. I moved to Pearl City a few months ago but was happy to drive to the Windward side to meet with Dr. Dale. Dr. Dale and her assistant were personable, kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she takes the time to ask questions and to listen. She provided advice re: his diet and daily habits and surmised that his urinary issues were in the very beginning stages and recommended an OTC diaper ointment. The ointment helped and I'm now monitoring their feeding/drinking habits more closely. I felt so much better knowing that my bunny Richard was seen by Dr. Dale! Dr. Dale is wonderful! She's been taking care of my pets (dog & tortoise) for many years now. I am so happy that she recently started her own mobile vet. It is perfect for my dog who is terrified to go to traditional veterinary clinics. The mobile clinic parked in front of my house and my dog went right in. I think he thought he was going for a ride! Inside, there is a seat available for the pet owner and the a/c was nice and cool. I was able to watch my dog get his exam, shots, blood drawn and a free nail clipping. Dr. Dale and her assistant answered all my questions and I picked up some flea medication too. The mobile clinic is super clean and fully equipped.
