Today we have taken delivery of a brand new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. A fantastic car!
We had an older model Dodge Grand Caravan which we wanted to trade in and get a new one. However after seeing the Pacifica the Grand Caravan was out. Sales Representative, Ryan King, showed us round new and used Pacifica's and came out with us on a test drive of a used one, just to see how it felt on the road. He was very knowledgeable about all the options available and faultlessly explained the use of all the 'bells and whistles' of which there are many. On return to the dealership he was more than happy to give us details of pricing of new and used and also explain that there were different levels of specifications for the vehicle and a good idea of the cost of the various specifications. We were originally looking to buy a model without too many options and Ryan said he was more than happy to search for the model we wanted once we made up our mind. We left the dealership very happy to have met Ryan, he was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous with a good sense of humour - never pushy. We returned a week later knowing we wanted a new car. We were offered a good, fair trade in allowance on our existing vehicle and decided that as the new models were selling fast we would go with the Pacifica they had available there. Ryan once again took us for a test drive in the new vehicle and explained all it's many features and showed us how to use some of them. We returned to the dealership and Ryan did the sums on the vehicle we had just driven. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and Jackie, the Business Manager, competently explained the details of extended warranty, rust proofing, paint and leather protector etc. and completed the application process very quickly. We explained that we would like the car in two days if at all possible as I was leaving for the UK and would very much like to drive the car belonging to us before I went. This they managed to accomplish with no problems. On collection of the vehicle Ryan went through all the paperwork and explained it all to us. Then took us outside and showed us in more detail the operation of various features of the vehicle. Too many for us to remember I'm sure but Ryan said ' If you forget anything just call me and I will talk you through it'. That is how well he knows the options available on the vehicles he is selling.
