    I saw their ad on Facebook and looked them up a little further. They had 27 likes on their…read morefacebook page. Very low. Also noticed that they were less than 1/2 mile from my house. I knew this meant that it was someone that was starting their own thing and said screw it. Let's give this guy a chance. I sent them a message and Gus responded within an hour. It was $65 to do an inspection on my bike. Being a new rider and having a few little issues I said screw it. I'm all for supporting a small business and especially a start up. Let me tell ya. Gus and Dark Side Customs was awesome! He did a great job on my 2013 Honda Sabre. I'm a new rider and have only been riding about a year. Thing is, I know cars. Just not bikes so much. Gus said I needed brakes and plugs. He showed me what was wrong and why. He got the parts and installed them and took it for a test drive. When Gus called me to let me know my bike was ready I was hesitant as it was my first time with him and was hoping he corrected my concerns. Well...he definitely did! My bike is running better than it did when I bought it. He did a thorough inspection and was 100% honest with me. He did me right. If you have a bike that needs work, give Gus and Dark Side Customs a shot. Pricing was more than fair. His responses were very timely and most of all...he was HONEST! Honesty and integrity go much further with me than any BIG shop and their fancy atmosphere. I'd trust my bike with Gus over anyone else.

    The purpose of this 2nd review is based on my first 1000 mile service maintenance on my 2024 Road…read moreGlide. I arrived early Saturday morning before they opened. There was a charity ride that was planned for that day. So, I just sat back and enjoyed watch the bike roll in and people walking about. What I really noticed was the Dealership personnel coming to work happy. Not knowing that I'm watching this.... They all seemed happy to be there. That's very important to me and I'm sure it is for everyone who goes there for business. This was comforting to me to witness this. Because we all don't want to deal with drama. When they opened for business I headed to the Service Department. Jacob took care of me. This guy was very professional at his job and very courteous. I had to go see Ryan in the Finance Department and again, greeted with professionalism and courtesy. So, I walked around as my bike was getting serviced. All the employees are smiling and happy, they are busy doing their thing, engaging with customers and I see the customers are happy as well. I stopped and chatted with Rooster in Sales. I had to express how happy I was buying my Harley from Him. Like, I said before, Rooster treated me great and I am 100% sure the other Sales Team Personnel would have treated me the same way. But, I was lucky to had Rooster. In the Parts Department, Kyle "Stray" and Brian were eager to help me out with questions and guide me to the right products. Thanks guys. Later on, Johnny from the Service Department called me, said my bike was done. The Service Department did my 1000 mile service on my bike. It's a lengthy process and procedures they go through. I had zero problems with this bike, it ran beautifully the day I bought it. I was excited to see that my bike was well taken care of. And my bike runs beautifully after the service. I'm not saying a bunch of bullshit here. I work my ass off for my money. Just like everyone else in this world. And when I buy something, I don't want to get screwed over or played like an idiot. I certainly don't want to be taken advantage of..... from anyone.... I'm tired of shitty customer service and how some businesses look down on you. I'm telling you from my experience with this Dealership and their Employees...... you'll be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. You will be happy like I am to do business with these guys and gals. Great Job Woodstock Harley!!!!! Thank You Everyone!

    REALLY GOING DOWNHILL. I have 3 Harleys and you used to be able to get service pretty easily…read morebefore they sold to the current ownership... now it takes over a month just to get an oil change. When they took over you could just ride in a get one no appointment needed.
