Great find! Normally when I get my eyebrows threaded my eyes tear up since I'm a big baby. My skin around my brows tend to get irritated and puff up for the rest of the day. This is my go to eyebrow place in tucson! I am very skeptical about trying new eyebrow places but since I moved from California, I couldn't just let the eyebrows grow too crazy. I have extremely sensitive eyebrows (had to stop wax because I would get bumps) so I wanted to try something new that I hadn't tried before. I was amazed at how precise and clean my eyebrows were! I will for sure go back here whenever my eyebrows are acting up. **side note: if this is your first time, your eyes will most likely water. My sister warned me about this but didn't believe her until streams were coming down my cheek LOL. Found this location through good reviews on Yelp. I called at 10 when they opened and she was able to get me in within an hour. Once I arrived, I noticed the cleanliness of the shop. It was a very cute location. She sat me down right away and got to work. I was in her chair maybe 10 minutes? She is good at what she does and she can get you in and out in no time. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for YEARS at EWC but decided to check out this place frankly because I saw it was cheap and I didn't have time to make an appointment anywhere else. I walked in and was seen in 10 min, even though there were two people ahead of me. Don't be fooled- she is extremely efficient. I am incredibly picky about my brow shape and she perfected my brows with no instruction. In under 10 min!!! It was relatively pain free, definitely less pain than waxing. And only $10!!! Unreal. She even has a sweet rewards program. Couldn't recommend this place more- spotless store, sweetest woman, amazing service. There's not many eyebrow threading places that I can find in Tucson that are worthy of me writing a review over. You've got the mall eyebrow places where you're pretty much gambling on your brows. I call these places brow mills. Almost every time you go to these places, there's a person you didn't know doing your brows. They have their own styles and feel they're "cleaning up" after the person before only do wreak your brows again & again. I couldn't believe the complete and utter lack of legitimate competent brow threading places in tucson. It's less irritating. Wax is very hot and often burns skin. Not only that, but the tearing of the strip and the often too hot wax off of the thin delicate skin around your eyeballs can not only cause irritation but cause premature wrinkles. Threading makes crisp lines. I found this place on Yelp but since I haven't had any luck in the beauty department in this country town, it makes me skeptical about EVERYTHING. I was wrong about this one. I felt whole again, almost at home! I can't wait to try their other services and I implore you to give Dalinas a try. I visited after I read all the positive Yelp reviews. It is a nice shop and the woman did a great job with my eyebrows! The cost is also very affordable, $10 for brow threading. The only downside was that I could not find the shop and initially drove past it because it is tucked into a plaza with several other shops/businesses. The owner was super friendly and easy to get along with. I went to get a Brazilian wax, which I ended up calling to inform that I was going to be a few minutes late and she was very understanding of that, so that was very appreciated. The location is a small business so it was a bit hard to use google maps cause it led me to saying "you're here!" And I was like ??? Had to look up an image of it to know I had to go IN the island lol. But now I know! The wax was super fast, I felt very comfortable and she had options on either hard or soft wax which was nice. I've just moved here to Tucson from Fort Lauderdale and one of the first things I did was search for an eyebrow threading place. Dalina's reviews were the best and her studio happened to be very close to my Air BnB. The inside of the studio is roomy and nicely decorated with a very comfortable waiting area. I only had to wait a couple of minutes until she finished up another client. She was very pleasant and did a great job on my eyebrows -- I didn't have to communicate with her not to do them too thin like I have to do with a lot of eyebrow artists. I'm very pleased with my brows and the price was very reasonable. She also has a rewards program that you can sign up with at her front desk. They don't take appointments so you could end up calling to see if they are busy, get there in 5 mins when they said it was empty the end up waiting 45 mins. This shop, the friendly personnel, the many quality products and services offered were better than I had hoped to find. I read some of the reviews of Dalina's and decided to give eyebrow threading a try. My experience was very good from start to finish. The procedure is quick (maybe 10 minutes, give or take) and not too painful. The practitioner there is quick, able, and kind. What amazed me most was the huge difference it made to my appearance. I still can't get over what a nice change it made for me. You don't really need an appointment, though it might be wise to call first, just in case. Highly recommend. read more

Service here has really gone down hill in the past 4 months or so. My first review a year ago I gave them a 5 star. They used to have an older lady who was amazing with eyebrow threading. She stopped working here a few months ago. The lady who seems to be the owner is hit and miss. She's done a good job but one of the last times she did my brows I came out with super thin brows and so over trimmed. Took me 2 months to grow them back. Next time I came in she was on the phone/Bluetooth and about to start my eyebrows without me able to get in a word. I wasn't laying my head back for her to be able to start so she pushed the front of my shoulder back. I finally said can I talk to you before you start, she finally got off the phone. I was not about to leave with pencil thin eyebrows again. Lastly today a new girl was there I was hoping so badly she would good but, unfortunately worst so far. Most painful threading job I've ever had, the thread broke multiple times and my eyebrows look mediocre, still have random hairs and don't have the clean lines of a good eyebrow threading job. Before I found this place I had been going to Asian Eyebrow Threading on Broadway and they had been destroying my eyebrows and my wallet so I was super happy to come to Dalina's and have a great experience AND a lower price tag. Also, it is super easy to walk-in here and there is almost never a wait. My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they once made my eyebrows noticeably uneven, with one being much thicker than the other. However, I didn't notice until after I left, but they fixed it the next time I was in and I've never had any issues besides that. Went to Dalina's for a bikini wax, should have left as soon as I got there. Terrible experience from start to finish. I called to make an appointment and they didn't take a name, just told me when to show up. When I got there, they had no idea who I was or what I was there for. It was an awkward wait and when it was my turn I had to tell 2 different people I wasn't there to get my eyebrows threaded. The waxing room had children playing in it, with uncovered pots of wax that looked dirty. I should have run away when I saw this. The lady put me in the room, left the door open (with children playing right outside) and didn't give me any instructions. She used roll on wax and then hard wax that looked clumpy and old. I should have left when I saw these things. It I was scared and felt paralyzed. I've been getting waxed for many years and should have known better. I also told the lady that I was allergic to aloe Vera, and not to use any products with aloe. She said ok, then at the end of the session tried to put a gel on me that looked like aloe. I told her again that I was allergic, and she said, "really?" I said,"yes, really!" I was left with wax on my skin, door left open. I ran home mortified, horrified, and terrified that I would get an infection. I had to pick wax off of my skin in the shower. Terrible place, rude people, unclean, unprofessional, and shouldn't be waxing people. read more

Definitely deserves 5 stars! I had my first eyebrow threading experience here in August 2016 and I have come back again and again. I come in, I sit down, and my eyebrows turn out perfect every time. No need to show a photo or anything. If you are very specific about what you want done, I would recommend a picture. The eyebrow lady doesn't speak much and just cleans up my eyebrows as she sees fit and I've been perfectly happy each time! The owner is lovely as well.
