We bought our tickets online before arriving at the Mockingbird station and it's good we did because the two machines that sell tickets apparently were out of order or out of tickets, or something. One guy tried to buy tickets but could not so he just pocketed his money and got on. The honor system is a joke. There are homeless people sleeping on the trains. And DART wonder why it loses money. The stations are not well marked so you can't really tell where you are and they announce the station about 2 seconds before the door closes. Just a bad system all the way around. I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because we encountered two DART employees who gave us accurate information so we could find the correct train. Other than that, this is a 1 star system.

A woman attacked me after her girl hit me from behind despite making sure she was okay. The woman…read morewanted me to get on my knees and beg for forgiveness but I kept walking away because I didn't know who she was. As I'm walking away, the woman screamed, bumped into me, grabbed me by the hair, and hit me with force. I was able to sort of get away from her hold but she caught up with me. She grabbed me by the hair and dragged me across the platform and next to a post in front of the restrooms. She proceeded to beat me up and other witnesses stepped in. DART Police was called but officer Tomasa Williams badge #239 sided with the other woman because of their motherhood. Yes, because as a mother she too would react this same way. That's what the officer said. She let the other woman go and proceeded to tell me that I deserved what I got and that it was only a scuffle and should ve happy that if finally been fought with after shw asked if I'd ever been in a fight. Also, what kind of cop is allowed to wear bright colored make-up? I'm angry that I was injured and that the reasoning behind letting tje other woman injure me was motherhood. My neck, back, wrist, knees, and elbows sustained injuries. People stepped in to help me up and the woman ran off and into a train car. She was pulled out from the train and one DART employee took her side immediately despite only seeing and admitting to only seeing her beat me. Another employee was shocked about the other woman being let go and was told to shut up. This employee saw the woman attack me like some angry ape. The woman that attacked me is taller and of bigger build like an ape or gorilla. I felt like I was stuck in a Twilight Zone episode because of how the officer defended the woman's actions. Who in the right mind does this when it's their kid that hit me and I even made sure she was okay. Seriously?

I booked…read morethe bus trip about a month ago and knew to select a single seat just by reading the website. I boarded the bus from Marriott Woodlands waterway and found it easy to park in the self park and walk across. I checked my bag in and boarded the bus. They check your license and give your seat assignment. Our bus loaded quickly and departed right at 215pm. Makayla was our attendant and she was very nice and passed the tray of snacks around several times. She got us soft drinks, bottled water, offered a fleece blanket, eye mask, ear plugs and a variety of other things you might need on a road trip. It was like taking a first class flight. You could order adult beverages if you want for a charge. The ride was smooth and seats comfortable. I didn't use the restroom but many people did. The bus only seats 22 people so it was super quiet. They ask that you speak in library voice. I don't think I will ever drive again. We were dropped off at the Doubletree at Love Field (DAL) and I took an uber to pick up a rental. Upon return, I had the same great experience. I was early and the bus was a little late but they sent a message. We made it back in good time regardless. Amanda and Avery were our attendants. They also offer you a warm towel before departure and a chocolate once you get off the bus. Excellent service!!
