Now, if you have ever needed your car towed before, you know the that this process only increases all the aforementioned characteristics. Tows are pricey and the companies have in my experience, little skill or emphasis on customer service. Chub's Towing and Recovery blew me away with their customer service from the moment their driver arrived on the scene. Dwight, the driver, was pleasant, courteous, and quick. My car arrived at the body shop safely and without increased damage. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, their prices were more than fair given the extent of the process. I will have no problem giving Chub's a call next time I need a tow or a friend asks if I know a guy.
