Absolutely disgraceful and dishonest company. I followed the tow truck directly to their lot -- literally arrived within 5 minutes of my car being dropped off -- and they still had the audacity to charge me an overnight fee. How is that even legal? It's blatant fraud and a scam. Their customer service was rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. They clearly have no integrity and are just looking for ways to squeeze every dollar they can out of people -- even if it means lying and bending the rules. Avoid this company at all costs. They are supposed to tow people illegally parked in our complex but they never come and enforce towing violators. I constantly have my garage blocked by inconsiderate neighbors and call them to send someone out and they never do. Eddie was awesome! My wife's entire tire broke off of her car on the way to work. Trying to handle this quickly to also make it to work on time, I looked up towing companies on my maps and signature towing popped up as only half a mile away. I gave them a call for rates and they were very fair and friendly on the phone. The male customer service agent was so nice and helpful. Eddie arrived in less than an hour and was professional and courteous. He showed empathy and we bonded over our love for Dodge Challengers. He worked slowly to ensure that he didn't add further damage to my already broken car while continuing to assure me that everything would be ok. I was in a bike accident in Sep 2022. I had to go over to this place after discharge from the hospital to pick up my garage remote from the bike. I called the place and the lady at the front desk was extremely unprofessional, displaying absolute impatience and irritability, both on the phone and on the premises. The reason I give two stars still is because of the other people I encountered there who were very kind and treated me with kindness noticing my walking through that dusty place with difficulty following the spinal fracture I had sustained. When I thanked of one of the workers there for his help and also chanced to ask him about the lady's behavior, he confided that she tended to talk that way and was especially prone to display that kind of behavior if she felt she had a little more work on her plate. Next, the bike itself lay on the ground like a piece of junk, although it had a perfectly normal stand and the capability of being leaned over on to that. That was a bike I cared for and maintained very well myself. NEVER do I advise any one to use these people for your towing business. Of course, they were definitely not my choice to begin with -- following my accident, it was the city of Allen that arranged for this company to do the towing. Again, extremely unprofessional. Well, I had to go get some things out of my car and this absolute asshole at the window would not let me retrieve my belongings despite having a valid state issued ID. He needed a copy of my insurance card...well I'm going to guess its on the street in the intersection where my engine is...I don't have it buddy. He possessed so little empathy it turned my stomach. I was in an accident and they sent this company to tow my car. The driver took my car and never asked where it was going or for payment. I asked him if I could give him the address it was going to,he gave me a business card and said call this number of signature towing then left. I call and he said he brought it to the impound and that I said I didn't have payment or a place to take it to,which was an absolute lie that I called out and then they all of a sudden changed their tune and moved my car to where it was supposed to go. Our towing expert, Marcus, showed up on time and ready to roll. As he inspected the car to be towed, he was able to unlock the steering wheel which allowed us to drive the car to the repair shop. Yes, we paid a "trip fee" because he had come at least 15 miles from the towing company location. Better than a full towing fee. Marcus was super professional and efficient. Had my car towed a little over a week ago. Drive lot my car key. Denied getting in the car but someone turned my hazard lights off. Called the company about getting reimbursed for having to replace my key and told me because my car was left unattended for 3 day someone got in my car and stole the key. But here's the thing my credit card was next to my key. Why didn't the steal that too. So it's my fault because I was out of town for work and the car was unattended for 3 days. I was charged $50 for notification even though I had gone and picked up my stuff within the required 5 days by state law (I am still waiting for the notification) and hope it comes by FED-EX to justify the $ 50 fee. The Notice board displaying fee shows $20 per day for using the vehicle storage facility, however, they charged $20.64 for each day. Service at desk is lousy and they do not care, as you are their hostage because you need the car. read more
