When I called value towing they answered right away and the driver was also very nice and responsive to my texts. I made the mistake of giving him the drop off address without stating North or South. Thank goodness the south address which was also a mechanical shop lol wasn't too far from the correct address. Once we realized he took my car back to the the north address. He was very kind about it! I'm sure any other place would have been super rude or try to pin the mistake solely on me. I have their contact info and will recommend or use again.

OK, so maybe that's just me, but I did get a couple of pluses out of my experience. A couple that I'm not going to mention here and discovering Marion's Wrecking Service. I'd like to say I stumbled across them as if guided by fate, but it was my service guy at my Toyota dealership who told me to call them to save my poor little Prius. The dispatcher at Marion's took all of my details and told me he'd give me a ring when the driver was about fifteen minutes away from my car so I could set out into the rain (of course it was raining) and meet him with the keys. Already in a mindset of total defeat, I went ahead and took the Mrs' precious Mini over to my dead mobile and sat in the grey morning like a pathetic emo kid. Sure enough, about 30 minutes later I get a call from Marion's dispatch letting me know that the driver got stuck in traffic on Central Expressway (we know what Friday morning plus rain is like for Dallas traffic), but would be right there. When the flatbed arrived, the driver went through the paces in the mystical maneuvers it takes to get my robot car into neutral without power. After that he got the car loaded up on the flatbed, took my key and said I was good to go and the dealer would give me a call when the car was fixed. Never before had I experienced a towing event so painlessly. Marion's really made it easy for me to get my car where I needed it to take care of its ailments. Now about that magical non-breaking automobile...

I have, sadly, had the need to use their services about four times now. Each time my car has been in an odd location - example: on an incline inside a parking garage that's hard to enter even in a tiny VW. Somehow, they always make it work and get my car over to Boardwalk safely and efficiently. Who keeps a Wrecker service in their BlackBerry contacts? I have AAA but I'd still probably call Marion's first if I got stuck somewhere (hence having their number saved in my contacts). Just honest, trustworthy, local people who will take care of your car as if it were their own.

The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. I would definitely trust them and recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that says and does what they say the will do!

On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. One thing you need to have handy to get an estimate are the measurements of the windows. Good thing my house windows are the same sizes which made the whole process easier. The only thing that was not the same size was the patio door. When I talked with James, he replies very fast and very friendly as well. He does an onsite consultation and gets the exact measurements, but unfortunately, I had to work during the week and no internet at the home yet and then of course all my belongings were still in California. However, he did mail me a package of tint to take a look at and all prices are the same no matter what you choose. I decided not to look anywhere else and just went with this company. The prices were great. I had my windows tinted in California and I paid 3 times as much, but then again I did have more windows too. The installer came the following week and got done within 5-6 hours as I had 13 windows to tint. The thing that made the process fast was everything was precut and ready to go and all I had to do was give them the measurements. I am sure I was probably off a little, but they managed to make the windows perfect. Overall, for great prices, awesome service and excellent feel for the house. Well money spent especially for the Texas heat. I will put in pictures later.

Steve was awesome. Called in on a Saturday morning at 11AM needing to get my son's car towed to dealership before they closed. He was at our house by Noon, an took care not to damage the car when putting it on truck. Half hour later it was off loaded at dealership and repairs can be made today. If you ever need a tow or roadside assistance in the Rowlet/Rockwall Lake Ray Hubbard area I would definitely recommend Legacy. Great service which is hard to find these days! That alone says everything about how they handle their mistakes. This experience was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If a company damages your vehicle and then refuses to take responsibility or even cooperate, that's a huge red flag.
