Unfortunately, our experience has left us extremely disappointed and concerned. We had a large trimming job done at our home and later had to have the company return after a branch from our Maple tree fell without severe weather or high winds. Since then, I have had multiple independent arborists evaluate the work, including one who performs both commercial and residential work for major organizations such as the Dallas Zoo and the Arboretum. Their findings raised serious concerns. Some of the issues identified included: * Maple tree: We repeatedly asked whether the tree was healthy or needed removal and were told it was healthy. Later we discovered significant rot and were informed by independent arborists that insect activity had likely been present for quite some time, including before the work was performed. We also had prior photos showing a crack that already existed. * Backyard Oak and Front Oaks: Independent evaluations indicated the trees appeared to be in significant stress after trimming, with concerns raised regarding the extent of pruning and the use of climbing spikes. * Pecan tree: We specifically asked about cabling and later learned from other arborists that the existing cable should have been addressed differently. * Crape Myrtle: Multiple arborists indicated that the pruning was not performed in a way that promoted healthy growth and that it may now contribute to weak limb development. * Tree sealant: We found numerous areas where sealant application appeared inconsistent and even found discarded cans left in the yard. Beyond the tree concerns, we specifically asked before hiring whether a licensed arborist would be involved in the process because we were relying on expert guidance. We later learned from another arborist that an alternative option could have been providing documentation to our insurance company rather than performing extensive trimming that may negatively affect long-term tree health. We paid a substantial amount for what we believed was expert tree care. Instead, we are now paying for additional evaluations and treatments and are concerned about the long-term health of our trees. The experience was made even worse by interactions we felt were dismissive and unprofessional. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe people should know our experience so they can ask detailed questions and seek multiple opinions before proceeding with major tree work with this company.

I found this company here on Yelp, called and spoke with John--who I believe is the owner. They were doing work in the area so were able to arrive for service the same day. The workers were TOP NOTCH: kind, hard working, attention to detail and professional. These guys make this company worth working with. They came in, got set up, completed the job quickly and cleaned everything up nice before leaving. They were great! Tip them after, they deserve it! The team doing the work was fantastic, the pricing was reasonable, and all went well. I recommend this company and will post some pic of the work shortly!

I hired Arboriculture Services to trim my beautiful tree in my front yard. They sent me a picture…read moreof where the tree was split and needed to be removed. It went from $500 trim to $1700 to cut tree down and remove the stump. He said he could not remove the stump that day but would come back. After several days of not hearing from him, I texted him and told him the stump needed to be removed and to not grind it down. I told him I need to put a tree back in that spot because HOA requires it. He said just put the tree somewhere else which I do not want to do since I had a beautiful stone wall built around the tree and flower beds. First, it would look ridiculous and second, my yard is too small to put the tree somewhere else outside of the flower beds He was worried about breaking the wall. I told him to try not to but if I had to get repaired I would. After not hearing from him again, my son-in-law called him. He called me after that very rude and said he didn't appreciate some man calling him. I asked for a refund of the stump removal cost several times since and he will not return my call or respond to my texts or phone calls. I would never recommend this man or company to anyone!!!
