At 73 years old it is important to find the best. Everytime I visit them at his Keller office, his staff are extremely friendly. Yolanda and M'Keisha at the front desk start your visit on positive beginning. They both are so friendly and will go out of their way to help with your paper work and get you all checked in. If I'm a good boy during the visit, they let me have a piece of candy. They also remind me to make sure I get my coffee after my visit. You don't want to be caffeine up when you are seeing a Cardiologist. For any Doctor, you have to make sure you hire great Nurse Practitioners to fill in when he is not available. Well, I can tell you Dr. Badhey has two that are fantastic. I feel very comfortable with their diagnosis. Buffy and Stella are his Nurse Practitioners. They review your health chart before they even see you. If there are any adjustments to be made in medication, they do not hesitate to put you on something that could help with something they see in my bloodwork that may need a boost. Alicia and Jenni are the nurses. They are fantastic in going over your records, or better described as a triage. They confirm any and all changes in my records since last visit. They take your vitals. I must say that Alicia and Jenni do not rush you through this process. I highly recommend Dr. Neeraj Badhey and his team at his Keller location. Thank you Team Badhey! I was awaiting a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy for two weeks. I was surprised to receive a phone call from Envision Imaging regarding a test I needed to complete. I was told this was ordered by the doctor. Days later, I was called by the doctor's office and told I needed to have this test done before my insurance would pay for the prescription. At my appointment, Dr. Sperry and I agreed that I would wear a heart monitor for 2 weeks and that I would receive a call in two weeks to have it put on. After 4 weeks, I had heard nothing and called the office. They found one and I went in and had it put on. It didn't work, so I took it back. I was called by Noi, the only person I had any luck with and told she had another and just to stop by and have it put on. I called a couple of days later to ask about coming by during my lunch hour to get it and was rudely told Noi isn't there at lunch and that won't work. I was not even asked what time my lunch break is. It happens to be during office hours. So, after all of this, I got nowhere. My primary care prescribed what I needed and I moved on. Very disappointed.

The first time to see the doctor and the second time for an Echo test. For the doctor, mine is Dr. Hoeting. She really is great. She is a very pleasant person that listens and actually has a since of humor. I got luck when I was assigned to her at the hospital. For the Echo test I had a tech that did a great job at not rubbing my OUCH areas too rough although she had to.

I was extremely sick and don't remember everything clearly, but I do remember waking up intubated and being terrified. My hospital stay lasted about two weeks and included a wound vac, drain tube, and NG tube. Recovery was very difficult, but Dr. Mekala came by every single day to check on me. He always took the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure I was progressing. After discharge, I continued recovery with an ostomy. When discussing reversal surgery, he explained honestly that he is not a colorectal specialist and referred me to the appropriate surgeon. I appreciated that transparency and professionalism. I did have complications after my reversal surgery in March 2026, which led to another hospital stay. During that time, I truly noticed the difference in communication and bedside manner compared to my initial experience. Later, when I returned to the hospital for a hematoma, I specifically requested Dr. Mekala again because of the trust he had earned during my first hospitalization. He and his team were attentive, respectful, and supportive. Dr. Mekala is not only a skilled surgeon but also a compassionate physician who genuinely cares about his patients. During one of the hardest experiences of my life, his daily presence and concern made a real difference. I am very grateful for the care he provided.

The day of the procedure, she couldn't find the vein to eliminate and my surgery was canceled. They kept my partial co-pay of 40.00 and billed my insurance company for the procedure that did not even happen! Dr. Mahoney wrote up procedure notes as if the surgery happened with details which is incredible to me. My insurance company paid out 1,635.00 for this and the billing department will not refund them. To make matters worse, the billing department is billing me for the remaining co-pay which is 110.00. I have contacted them numerous times on this and the situation is still not resolved. My insurance company has also spoke to the billing department and was told the charges would be reversed. They lied. It is now almost 2 years later and it is still ongoing. I'm still getting billed and they have not reimbursed my health insurance company. Both the doctor and the billing department are fraudulent. The doctor falsified medical records and the billing department are aware of this so they are fraudulent also. Totally unethical, unlawful company. The Texas Medical Board & Texas Department of Insurance for fraud has been notified.
