I was then seen by a nurse who took my vitals and asked questions about my back issue. This started at about 8:40am. After that was complete, I assumed the Doctor would come in a few minutes after since there was no wait and was the only person in the office area. After waiting for 43 minutes in the patient room, NO CONTACT WITH ANYONE ABOUT THE WAIT TIME. At 9:30am I had to open the door and ask the nurse at the front desk how much longer?? She said another 15 minutes because the Doctor was with a patient, mind you I had an appointment scheduled to avoid this type of wait time and the app said that nobody was ahead of me in the scheduling time slot. At 9:48am, the doctor strolls in. No introduction as to who she is and no apologies about the wait time. Then goes to tell me I just need to stretch due to my serve back pain and can barley bend over to attempt to touch my toes. No common curtesy of wasting my time when I had to be at work for 10am, WHICH WAS A 20 MINUTE DRIVE. This is why I even scheduled an 8:30am appointment to make it to work on time. After "diagnosing" after a 3 minute appointment, I walk out and one of the nurses is just taking a casual nap at the nurses station!! What joke this place is!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL. AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPEIRENCE AT AN URGENT CARE I HAVE EVER HAD. ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!!

Dr. Rhein was incredibly attentive, as were his nurses and office staff. JJ and Milo administered my allergy and asthma tests and ensured it was a pleasant and painless experience. Dr. Rhein spent a lot of time explaining my condition, treatment options, and approaches. I left feeling not only like I was taken care of, but that I learned a lot. I know when I return that I will be going to a practice that cares about it's patients.

I was greeted by one of the staff's dog running around the entire office and waiting room. Didn't seem very sanitary to me considering this was a doctor's office. I had to introduce myself to Dr. He at the front desk my second visit since she never had the decency to meet me the two different times I was there as a new patient. I was really upset when Dr. He submitted my routine physical incorrectly to my insurance. The insurance company assured she was in network and covered the cost of the routine physical she just needed to submit the proper coding. I called at least three times to Dr He's office to get this fixed. Each time I was told that it would be taken care of. When I would call back to follow up I would find nothing was done and would get an excuse why nothing had been done. Each time there was a new excuse. Basically I was lied to so I would get off the phone and they had no intentions of helping me. One of the times Dr. He got on the phone and started yelling at me about how I don't understand my insurance plan. I eventually drove back to the office and handed Dr. He the phone to speak with my insurance company. They would not tell me what was discussed but did say one of the codes submitted was for a person between the ages of 40-72. I am 33. Maybe Dr. He would know how old I am if she actually took interest and met with me. In the end it sounded as though if she were to resubmit the proper coding then she would get in trouble for fraud since everything had already been processed. As a result, she would not go through with the proper coding in order to cover herself. Run the other way if you are considering this physician. Dr. He is a fraud and will process your visits incorrectly leaving you in a black hole with your insurance companies and her office staff.

They were nothing short of amazed. They told me how Doctor Cohen was very welcoming and how the atmosphere really reflected a quality experience in the office. Doctor Cohen advised my mom with nothing but the best advice possible during her pregnancy. He was very welcoming and took his own personal time to return all her phone calls and get back to her with the information that she needed. In today's world, that is hard to come by; especially for a doctor. When I was born, I was told that he arrived at the hospital immediately to check me out, and examine me. As I grew and matured throughout they years, I went to Doctor Cohen every year for a very comprhensive physical consisting of proper growth and weight analysis, immunizations, blood tests, and booster shots. In my teens I developed a great relationship with Doctor Cohen. He became not only a doctor to me, but a great mentor, advisor, and friend. He always knew what I was doing, made me update him on my new accomplishments, and took the time after my appointments to chat with me about anything that I wanted to. He was so open, and provided valuable knowledge and guidance to me during this time. He truly does know his patients, and does not rely on notes for his memory, he is that good. I'm going to be 23 next month, and I am in graduate school. I love Doctor Cohen so much that he is STILL my primary care physician. I look forward to going to see Doctor Cohen every year and to talk to him every year about my life. He truly is one in a million doctors out there. If you have him, you are very lucky to have him your life. Now that I am probably going to the last appointment of life with him tomorrow, I will never loose touch with Doctor Cohen. He puts a mother at ease and is able to be the cool dr with my teenage son . He also always takes a few minutes to say 'so how are you doing ?' The staff is quick with filling scripts , making appoints with specialist and things of that nature and getting back to you about things . My son is barely sick so we don't go often , which is a good thing , but definitely a great doctor!

Waiting room times are short, office staff is pleasant, nurses are bright and efficient, and the medical staff is exemplary. I trust my child's life to these people and have never been let down. I prefer a holistic approach to health as I think good nutrition, sleep, exercise are as important as medical intervention, if not more, and the doctors here seem to agree. I do not believe in the flu shot (for anyone) and while they advise to get it annually, they have never made it an issue. They have Saturday morning hours for sick child visits. When I have called outside of office hours the doctor-on-call has always returned my call well within a half hour. Have never had an issue with any kind of billing problems. Some of the wonderful Drs there 13 years ago have since retired, but the replacements are all top notch. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
