Needless to say, the doorbell was rung by the Infinite representative. The grand daughter was woken up and my wife beat me to the door. As I arrived at the door I could see the rep. had just handed her a business card which I took and asked what this was about and she replied he's with a roofing company. We just had a minor hail storm in the area and suddenly the area is crawling with roofers wanting to perform free estimates. I asked the rep. if he had seen the sign on the door (you simply cannot miss it) and his response was "sir I'm just here to educate you." I responded "I don't need an education, and he just stared without responding. Then I told him he could leave and he started to say something else - I cut him off and said "Now." He casually sauntered off, no apology or anything. I called the Police department and when the officer arrived I provided the card and gave the officer my testimony. I let the officer know that when he made contact to be sure and let the business know I will press charges for trespassing if it happens again. These guys have no class/manners and I wouldn't trust them with an estimate or your roof. Our southern pine fence barely had divits in the 2x4 top rail (only small specks of stain removed) from the hail. There's no way on a 8:12 pitch roof that the same hail could have gone through a new new Class IV shingle or cracked it, let along breach the building paper under it. These guys are looking to get on your roof post storm and drum up some work.

Ther are many, many other things I could mention. The project took over eight months instead of the four promised, with work gaps of days and sometimes weeks. I met with the PM three times to create a timeline, but they fell behind every time. The only reason he gave was schedule conflicts with other jobs. One positive: Guillermo and Jose were responsive and fully guaranteed their work. They made sure I was satisfied with the end product before ending the project.
