She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My husband and I walked into the Glenwood location one weekend to pick out new quartz countertops for our kitchen. Stephanie showed us what they had and advised us to go to their Hobby Ct location to view slabs of quartz. While at the Hobby Ct location we fell in love with the Panda White quartz countertops and texted a picture to Stephanie. She was able to provide us with a complete quote within minutes! (My husband had drawn a diagram of our kitchen with measurements.) Stephanie scheduled a measurement appointment to take place about a week later and an install date about a week after that! Amazing! Instillation took place yesterday. A crew of three men removed our old counters, installed the new counters, hauled away the old counters, and cleaned up before they left. They were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job. I cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish they were a breath of fresh air to work with. If you've ever had any work done on your home you know it is often a nightmare. Highly recommend!

They did not have enough men to install and had to stop and wait for 3 additional men to install. One of the seems has settled and needs to be redone. Looks horrible. A stress fracture is also in the granite. They measured incorrectly and it was installed wrong costing me more for the range hood. I have written and sent two certified letters with no response. As well as numerous calls with not response. They do horrible work and do not care. Buyers beware do not buy from here.

What makes this moat recent project so special is how well the veining ended up being spread across the counter. You can see in the attached photo that we have a small half-bath vanity. We risked by selecting Michelangelo quartz because of its dramatic veining, which could look strange on such a small surface. We could potentially end up with a completely white counter and a small splash of that dark veining on one side. But whoever cut this stone for us did an outstanding job at choosing the perfect piece of stone for the veining to be spread well. We're so happy! As I mentioned, this isn't our first project with Absolute. Earlier this year we ordered another quartz vanity counter for the guest bath and a bench top for the master shower. Both of the previous projects went well. It was convenient that Absolute had a good size showroom in Cary, their staff was responsive throughout all projects and we had zero issues with the installation. Selection of stone is sufficient (not too large but enough to find something you like). All in all we are happy with our experience and totally overjoyed with how the most recent vanity turned out.

They looked awful and felt flimsy. The builder explicitly stated they stand behind their quality. The second go around was installed by CORNERSTONE KITCHEN AND BATH. They are SOLID CORE rift oak cabinets doors and drawer fronts courtesy of the homeowners, 3 months after moving in to their new build. You be the judge....which cabinet company hit it out of the park?

There was plenty of parking and the signs were helpful to pint visitors in the right direction for the showroom. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the whole process was explained. I was given a clipboard to take notes of my favorite materials. I was also given a quick tour of how everything was organized and to stay within the yellow lines. She also showed me where a customer lounge was located complete with complimentary coffee. I also appreciated the colored stickers to show estimated price ranges. It was great to take photos and notes on what I liked. It sure was hot in the warehouse though!! It was good to slip back into the AC in the customer lounge to cool off. Ive reached out 3 times, finally getting a hold of him today. He let me know he no longer works with "floor zone". This means my floor is still unfixed. Ive reached out via Email, Text, and through website today... lets see what Floor Zone will do. Im just a unsatisfied customer who has been treated terribly and deserves to have his floor fixed.

Damaged furniture and left without informing us. We are concerned about our HVAC system and if the flooring was properly installed. Manager was extraordinarily angry, condescending and rude when he phoned me to discuss my request for remediation. If I could give the flooring back I would. Worst customer service experience of my life by far. I would caution you to do some research before working with Carolina in home flooring. I wish I had.
